On March 18,2019,General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out at the school 's ideological and political theory teacher seminar that the ideological and political theory course is a key course to implement the fundamental tasks of the people in Foster character and civic virtue;the key to successfully running the ideological and political theory course lies in teachers The key lies in giving play to the enthusiasm,initiative,and creativity of teachers;to promote the reform and innovation of ideological and political theory courses,we must continuously enhance the ideological,theoretical,and affinity and pertinence of ideological and political courses.It can be seen that it is necessary to provide ideological and political theory courses in a gradual and spiral manner in large,middle and primary schools,and it is an important guarantee for training generations of socialist builders and successors.The high school ideological and political course plays an important role in linking up and down,guiding students to establish a correct world outlook,outlook on life and values in the critical period of students.However,in the current ideological and political classroom,how to better implement the fundamental task of establishing a virtuous person is still the top priority.The classroom is still teacher-centered,the teacher leads the classroom,the students are passively accepted,and the students' active learning consciousness is poor.Weak practical ability and less teacher-student interaction.In order to break through the current teaching dilemma and effectively improve the quality and efficiency of ideological and political classroom teaching,in 2014,Professor Zhang Xuexin proposed a new teaching model of "half classroom" based on the principles of psychology.By emphasizing the internalization process,the teaching method and discussion method were realized.The organic integration of the two paradigms achieves the effect of 1+1>2.The form is to divide the classroom into two,half of the time is used for teaching,and half of the time is used for discussion.In essence,the process of internalization and absorption is added between the lecture and the discussion,that is,the teaching is converted into classroom teaching,There are three processes of internal absorption and classroom discussion,including teacher elaboration,student independent learning,group communication and teacher-studentdialogue.The core idea is to divide power and responsibility.Teachers and students share power and share responsibilities in the teaching process to promote students' active learning,cultivate their core literacy and innovation capabilities,and achieve a healthy and personal development of the whole people.As a new type of teaching mode,PAD Class have been rapidly promoted in many colleges and universities,and have achieved good results.However,due to the fact that the PAD Class was created in a university,it has a short period of time and the subjects involved are not complete.In particular,the results of applied research in ideological and political classes are few.Therefore,it is necessary to carry out the applied research of the divided classroom in the ideological and political course,and it can provide new ideas for the reform of the teaching mode of the ideological and political course.The following is a brief introduction to the main part of this paper from three parts:The first part is an overview of the content of " PAD Class".First,it is the basic content of "PAD Class",which is briefly explained in terms of its meaning,classification,characteristics,and mean thinking;secondly,it proposes the teaching principles of " PAD Class",which are the principles for all students and knowledge generation.The principle of sexuality,the principle of process and the principle of constructivism.Finally,the " PAD Class" is compared with the traditional classroom and autonomous classroom,respectively,showing the superiority and applicability of the "PAD Class".The second part explains the practical significance of the application of "PAD Class" in ideological and political classes.Specifically.It analyzes the practical significance from three aspects: one is to cater to the development trend of education in the new era,and it is explained in terms of conforming to the new curriculum standards,practicing the new education concept and implementing the task of establishing morality,and cultivating core qualities;Classroom vitality,including breaking the dilemma of classroom teaching,improving teaching effects and establishing good teacher-student relationships,and building a harmonious classroom;third,triggering students to improve themselves at the learning level,including students changing their learning methods,improving learning effects,and students' daring to question and cultivate criticism thinking.The third part is the practical research on the application of "PAD Class" in ideological and political courses.This part is based on the first two parts for practical application.The overall use of the principles to provide recommendations,including three principles,namely:the principle of intensive lectures and lectures,the teaching principle of power and responsibility,and the principle of concise and hierarchical evaluation.On the basis of mastering the principles of application,the application of "PAD Class" to ideological and political courses includes three processes: classroom teaching(teacher guidance,intensive lecture and blank space);internalization absorption(independent learning,completion)Homework);classroom discussions(group exchanges,teacher-student dialogues),supplemented by teaching examples to explain how to apply the "halving class" to the teaching of ideological and political lessons.Therefore,in order to better change the teaching ecological environment,change the relationship between teachers and students,give play to the role of students' subjectivity,and let teachers and students promote each other,learn from each other,and make common progress in an atmosphere of equality,harmony and positive learning.It is necessary to explore the innovation of implementing the "PAD Class" teaching mode in the ideological and political classroom,which can further improve the core literacy of students and implement the fundamental task of Foster character and civic virtue.
