The Research Of Improving Ideological And Political Quality Of Baotou Middle School Teachers In The New Era

To make the country prosperous,we must first strengthen our division,and to make our division strong,we must first strengthen our virtue.Secondary school teachers,who are responsible for teaching and educating students,must improve their ideological and political qualities in order to achieve moral cultivation and promote the all-round and healthy development of students.In this paper,based on the new era,baotou middle school teachers of ideological and political quality as the research object,combing the baotou city middle school teachers of ideological and political quality problems,analyzes the reasons for problems occurred in baotou city middle school teachers of ideological and political quality,and advances some corresponding optimization of baotou city middle school teachers of ideological and political quality of advice.This article consists of the following four parts.The first part summarizes the ideological and political qualities of middle school teachers.Starting from the concept and characteristics of ideological and political quality,this paper discusses the specific content of ideological and political quality of middle school teachers in the new era,and points out the practical significance of improving their ideological and political quality in the new era.The second part of the new era of baotou city middle school teachers ideological and political quality problems.By means of the first-hand materials obtained from the field investigation,the problems existing in the ideological and political quality of middle school teachers in baotou city are investigated from the three aspects of political consciousness,ideological awareness and moral quality by comparing with the standards of ideological and political quality of middle school teachers in the new era.Mainly include: political consciousness is not high,"read the original work,the understanding of the principle" is not deep,the party history,the understanding of the district is still shallow,the sense of devotion to the job is weak,professional ethics and professional ideals shake.The third part is the reason why the ideological and political quality of middle school teachers in baotou city is in the new era.This part explores the factors restricting the improvement of the ideological and political quality of middle school teachers in baotou city from the three dimensions of teachers themselves,their schools and the administrative department of education.The main reasons of middle school teachers themselves include: lack of dedication consciousness,emphasis on educating others rather than themselves,emphasis on teaching rather than educating others;There are four factors of ideological and political education in teachers' schools: the content of ideological and political education is weak,the ways and methods of ideological and political education need to be strengthened,the humanistic environment is not good,and the evaluation and management system needs to be improved.The administrative department of education is mainly affected by the insufficient number of teachers and the insufficient investment in ideological and political work.The fourth part is the way to improve the ideological and political quality of baotou middle school teachers in the new era.First,the competent department of education provides system and mechanism guarantee: improve the ideological and political quality of teachers from four aspects: teacher admittance,teacher withdrawal,teacher training mechanism and teacher treatment;Second,the school actively improves the ideological and political work of teachers from five aspects,such as organizing the systematic theoretical study of teachers and giving play to the vanguard role of party members' teachers.Third,middle school teachers should change their ideas,improve their self-consciousness of political study,and learn to reflect on themselves,to see the wise,and to improve their ideological and political quality.
