A century-old plan is based on education;a grand plan for education is based on teachers.Teachers are an important force to promote the development of education,shoulder the important mission of establishing morality,and shoulder the major responsibility of cultivating socialist builders and successors with comprehensive development of moral,intellectual,physical,and artistic.Now our country is in an important stage on the curriculum reformation of basic education,under the guidance of the "General Curriculum Standards of politics in senior high school(2017 Edition)",in2019,the Ministry of Education published a unified compilation of high school ideological and political textbooks.In this context,the overall compilation of teaching materials puts forward higher requirements on the professional quality of high school ideological and political teachers,However,there is still a gap between its actual literacy status and actual literacy requirements,which will affect the overall compilation of teaching materials.The effect of the use of ideological and political education in high school will also affect the implementation of the goal of ideological and political education.Therefore,high school teachers of ideological and political courses must improve their professional qualities to cope with the challenges brought about by the compilation of teaching materials.Therefore,it is necessary to conduct research on the improvement of the professional quality of teachers of politics in senior high school so as to make full use of unified teaching materials and the achievement of education goals.Based on the existing research,combined with the investigation and Interview,this article conducts an in-depth discussion and analysis on the improvement of the teachers' professional skills of politics' teaching in senior high school in the context of unified textbooks.The thesis is mainly composed of four parts:Chapter 1: Overview of the professional quality of high school ideological and political teachers under the background of unified compilation of textbooks.This paper mainly analyzes the connotation of the ideological and political teaching materials compiled by the senior high school,and makes clear the characteristics of the ideological and political teaching materials compiled by the senior high school,On the basis of defining the connotation of the professional literacy of politics teachers in senior high school,which focuses on the analysis of the structure of politics teachers' professional literacy in senior high school.Chapter 2: The new requirements for the professionalism of teachers of ideological and political courses in high school by the unified compilation of teaching materials.Combining the content and characteristics of the unified textbooks,analyze the new requirements of the unified textbooks on the professional quality of teachers of ideological and political courses in high schools.As far as professionalism is concerned,it is required to update the educational concept: practice the idea of cultivating people and develop the concept of "active" subject courses;in terms of professional knowledge,it is required to improve professional knowledge: update the knowledge of ideological and political subjects and increase classroom teaching Methodological knowledge;in terms of professional ability,it is required to enhance teaching ability: the ability to design and implement active subject courses and the ability to evaluate the core literacy of the subject.Chapter 3: It analyzes the problems and reasons of the necessary skills of politics teachers in senior high school with the usage of unified teaching materials.Questionnaire surveys and interviews were conducted from the structural dimensions of the professional literacy of high school ideological and political teachers.Based on the results of the survey,the problems in the professional literacy of high school ideological and political teachers were sorted out: The educational concepts of some high school ideological and political teachers need to be updated;the professional knowledge of some high school ideological and political teachers needs to be enriched;the teaching ability of some high school ideological and political teachers needs to be enhanced.The reasons are mainly due to insufficient self-development of teachers,insufficient school management support and weak social environmental protection.Chapter 4: Countermeasures to improve the professional quality of politics teachers with the publishing of unified textbooks.Starting from the existing problems and the reasons for the problems,we put forward operational optimization strategies:Teachers' own efforts are the key to improving professional quality,including strengthening professional ideals,strengthening awareness of independent development,updating educational concepts,achieving common development of teachers and students,and persisting in lifelong learning Optimize the structure of professional knowledge,adapt to curriculum reform,and improve key teaching capabilities;school management training is the support for improving professional quality,including highlighting expert training and guidance,providing activity teaching guidance,conducting collective lesson preparation for teachers,inspiring activity design inspiration,and building a communication platform,Carry out foreign cooperative learning,improve the evaluation and incentive mechanism,and strengthen the professional ideals of teachers;a good social environment is the guarantee for improving professional literacy,including changing traditional understanding,supporting the cultivation of core literacy of disciplines,providing multiple resources,cooperating with the development of active subject courses,and making reasonable adjustments Salary,improve the salary of ideological and political teachers.
