Teaching without research is shallow,research without teaching is empty.Teaching work is the survival of the teachers,research teaching is promoted.The teacher wants to "learn to teaching and research in teaching","promotion teaching" in teaching and research at the same time;Promote the primary and secondary school teachers to strengthen the research of teaching work,is not only an important measure to improve teaching quality,but also improve teachers' scientific research quality,promote teachers from the "teacher" to "research-type" teachers.Listening to lectures and evaluation is a teacher in the daily teaching activities,must often participate in,an indispensable teaching research activities,is to promote teachers change the teaching idea and teaching experience exchange,teaching method,teaching art show important way,research report,the teaching level and teaching the important means.Listening to lectures,the evaluation process,gain experience is the teacher in the interactive,self-reflection,and improve the process.It is not difficult to find a variety of problems,such as randomness and blindness tendency,task and separation tendency,neglect of individuality and lack of cooperation tendency,by examining the activities of the teachers.The phenomenon of ideological and political teachers lack of teaching and research awareness,teaching and research ability weakened,seriously hinder the listening class on the ideological and political teaching to promote the role.This paper analyzes the meaning,characteristics,theoretical basis and practical significance of listening and speaking from the perspective of improving the quality of teachers' teaching and learning.It also analyzes the current situation of listening and evaluation by reviewing the questionnaires and case interviews.And analyze the relevant reasons,from the listening class teachers,teachers,school managers,the main body of the three strategies to improve.The goal is to promote the majority of teachers through listening to the activities of others to learn advanced teaching ideas and methods,combined with their own experience applied to the actual teaching,to promote classroom teaching effectiveness continues to improve.
