As an important part of China's higher education,private higher vocational colleges are the main places to cultivate skilled and applied talents.Developing modern vocational education is not only a practical need to improve the quality of human resources,stabilize and expand employment,but also an important measure to promote high-quality development and build a modern powerful country.With the rapid development of vocational education and the measures made in the current stage,such as higher vocational enrollment expansion “One Million” and “Made in China 2025”,the national attention to vocational education has a significant impact on the development and growth of the number of college teachers.Although the number of teachers in private higher vocational colleges has increased rapidly in recent years,the phenomenon of loss of staff is relatively serious.The recognition of teachers to higher vocational education needs to be improved.Frequent loss seriously endangers the long-term and stable development of the colleges.Therefore,how to effectively improve teachers' sense of identity in higher vocational education,to prevent and reduce the loss of teachers,and to reduce the unreasonable loss of staff become important conditions and urgent tasks for the sustainable development of KJXX.In the process of research,the methods,such as literature analysis,case study,questionnaire survey and statistical analysis were used to collect,analyze,and summarize the loss of employees in KJXX.It is found that the main reasons for the loss of teaching staff lie in the lack of a scientific and reasonable salary system,the low level of welfare,much too centralized management,and the weak level of human resource management on one hand.On the other hand,the reasons that caused the loss of teaching staff also include the lack of scientific and efficient training system and powerful campus culture,the lack of effective career management for teaching staff,and the system needs to be put into effect instead of a mere formality.Finally,according to the conclusion of the research and data analysis,this paper puts forward some measures and suggestions to effectively alleviate the loss of teaching staff in KJXX and strengthen the construction of teaching staff,so as to provide some ideas and reference for the study of the loss of teachers in private vocational colleges to some extent.
