Since the restoration and development of China in the 1980 s,social work has played an increasingly important role.In the new era of social transformation,many new social problems have emerged in our country.Because of the professionalism and scientific nature,social work has played an important role in solving social problems and maintaining social stability.In the new historical period,social work has also begun to play a role in innovating social governance and participating in targeted poverty alleviation.However,in the actual work process,high work pressure,high mobility,and job burnout have become common phenomena in the social work industry.Some scholars have begun to study the burnout of social workers.As a phenomenon,job burnout tends to appear in the field of human service,such as doctors,nurses,teachers,etc.At present,research in these areas is relatively mature,but research on burnout of social workers needs to be supplemented.Therefore,this article takes the social worker's burnout as the research content,and takes social workers of Hefei as the research objects.Through the combination of questionnaire survey and interview method,the overall level and specific performance of social worker's burnout in Hefei are obtained.The reasons are analyzed in detail,and measures to alleviate the job burnout of social workers are put forward from different angles.This article is divided into six parts.The first part is the introduction,which briefly introduces the research background and significance of this study,defines related concepts,and makes a literature review of job burnout and social workers' job burnout.The second part is the theoretical basis and research methods.This article mainly uses the theory of social support,and adopts the literature method,questionnaire survey method and interview method to collect data.The third part is the analysis of job burnout of social workers.Based on the results of questionnaire surveys and interviews,it is concluded from the three dimensions of emotional exhaustion,low personal accomplishment,and dehumanization that although social workers in Hefei have job burnout,their overall level is light.It also analyzes the specific performance of social worker's job burnout from the aspects of work attitudes to be corrected,low psychological emotions,reduced willingness to give to others,low sense of belonging to social work institutions,and reduced interest in social work.Then analyze the negative consequences of social worker's job burnout.The fourth part is the analysis of the causes of job burnout of social workers.Based on the results of questionnaires and interviews,the causes of job burnout are analyzed from the individual level,work level,organization level and social level.The fifth part is the analysis of the countermeasures to alleviate the job burnout of social workers,and puts forward countermeasures from the social worker level,social worker organization level and government level.
