Research On The Role Construction And Change Of Female Caregivers In Families With Physical And Mental Disorders

As China's population ages,the disability problem becomes more acute and the female employment rate rises.The care of the elderly,the disabled and other groups has become an important concern of social science researchers.The social phenomenon caused by this group not only makes the parties concerned and their family members likely to live in poverty,but also involves the caregivers in an environment of stress,discrimination and exclusion.This paper takes female caregivers of patients with physical and mental disorders as the research object,and constructs the generation mechanism of female caregivers' role from the perspective of sociology by exploring the living environment of traditional society and modern society.This paper USES the method of literature analysis,field survey,interviews,based on the relevant theories and research methods of sociology,multi-disciplinary background knowledge,makes every effort to female caregivers to take care of the responsibility to build factor and the development and changes to make the overall review,to change the situation of the women in the family caregivers of body and mind and promote family positive development is of great significance.Firstly,the historical situation of female caregivers is discussed from the perspective of traditional society.This paper tries to look at the physical consumption of power on the wife's caregiver and how the mother's caregiver loses the opportunity to express in the form of "impulsive" marriage.It reveals the deprivation of power and words to female caregivers under the cover of righteousness rites.In the traditional society,female caregivers are restricted by the traditional management paradigm from birth to death.Under the ethical norms of the society,families have their ethical responsibilities and individuals have their own rules of action.Under these rules,women's body consumption is subject to the repressive power and the ordinary power discourse.Then discuss the construction factors of the feminization of caring responsibility of patients with physical and mental disorders from the current social level.How the role of female caregivers is defined is studied in terms of medical authority,eugenics authority and local authority.The discourse power and discourse operation behind the solidification of the caring role are further explored from the perspectives of the media,the public and the individual female caregivers,so as to explore and analyze the social division behind it.Finally,this paper analyzes the changes and development of the feminine construction factors of caring responsibility,and concludes that the social environment of female caregivers is in the opposite direction to that of ordinary families from the perspectives of family relations,women's status and scientific supremacy.With the development of social change,the scientific socialism,the force binding social norms,family structure and family relationships become loose,women have more and more say in the society,but conflicts with the environment is disabled family family relationships more closely,the female caregivers in family and society more lose expression of space.Combined with the above,the thesis draws conclusions and points out the deficiencies of the research and the prospect of the next research.From the perspective of sociology,to justify the name of female caregivers requires the support of power for minority groups,the space for extended expression of social media,the label of public change of imagination,and joint efforts to actively promote marginalized groups to enter the mainstream discourse circle in daily interactions.It is a social effort to socialize and remunerate women's care responsibilities and entrust care work to more professional organizations and teams.Other welfare measures to pay attention to the body of the caregivers,admitted that the female caregivers of sacrifice,attaches great importance to the power of social organizations provide for alternative care for disabilities,reduce the caregivers for relying on female caregivers,actively promote their deprived from policy makers.
