Under the background of healthy China,the Party Central Committee and the Stat e Council attach great importance to school physical education.In the decision of the Third Plenary Session of the 18 th Central Committee of the Communist Party of Chin a,the strategic plan of "strengthening physical education and extracurricular exercise,p romoting the physical and mental health and physical fitness of young people" is put forward,which requires higher and higher quality of physical education.So how can s chools improve the quality of physical education classroom teaching,to ensure that the physical education class to achieve the appropriate sports load,to ensure the rationali zation of physical education classroom teaching content,so as to promote the develop ment of physical health of young people,has become an important problem in primar y and secondary school physical education teaching needs to face.Therefore,this artic le chooses the primary school physical education classroom teaching as the backgroun d,applies the heart rate monitoring method to the primary school physical education c lassroom teaching to carry on the exploration: the application heart rate monitoring me thod teaching plan to the primary school student physique health influence;uses the h eart rate monitoring method data,the scientific and effective analysis heart rate monito ring method application value in the primary school physical education classroom teac hing;the heart rate monitoring hand Can the application of paragraph make up for th e traditional PE classroom teaching problem,and more accurately evaluate the primary PE classroom teaching.In this paper,literature,observation,mathematical statistics,te aching experiments and other research methods are used.The experimental subjects we re divided into control group and experimental group.The purpose of this study was t o explore whether the experimental group could make up for and solve the problems in traditional physical education classroom teaching by using heart rate monitoring met hod in primary school physical education classroom teaching,improve the quality of p hysical education teaching,further rationalize the content of physical education teachin g,and promote the development of students' physical health.Research results and conclusions:(1)there are significant differences between the experimental group and the control group in the lung capacity items after the experi ment;(2)there is no significant difference between the experimental group and the co ntrol group in the 50 meter accelerated running items after the experiment,but the im provement range of the experimental group is greater;(3)there are differences betwee n the experimental group and the control group in the two items of sit ups and one minute rope skipping 。 Conclusion:(1)From the comparative analysis of the data of the overall average heart rate,the maximum heart rate and the average heart rate of t he students in a class that the value of the experimental group is higher than that of the control group,which shows that there is a difference between the heart rate interv ention data of the experimental group and that of the control group in the process of physical education classroom teaching.(2)From the comparative analysis of time data of mean heart rate ≥ 120 times / min,it can be seen that the experimental group with heart rate monitoring intervention took longer time than the control group,but th ey did not reach 25 minutes,which needs to be further improved.(3)The effect of a pplying heart rate monitoring in PE classroom teaching mode is better than that of tra ditional PE classroom teaching mode.(4)The application of heart rate monitoring can make PE teachers observe the real-time fluctuation of students' heart rate in PE class,guide students more scientifically and improve teaching efficiency.(5)Through the a nalysis and application of heart rate data collected in the background,it shows that he art rate monitoring is to let intelligent devices into the classroom,which can provide more accurate data support for teachers and provide basis for the improvement and de velopment of students' physical quality.
