At present,big data has penetrated into every industry and business function area,and has become an important production factor.The essence of "big data" is based on the application of information technology based on the Internet.Its optimization and acceleration of the integration of information technology and industrialization have enabled large-scale improvements in the efficiency of industrial manufacturing and help judge future trends.In the future,big data will become a powerful weapon to enhance the competitiveness of institutions and companies.From a certain level,the competition between enterprises in the future is no longer other competition,but competition for data.For most enterprises,the application of big data is not to grasp huge data information,but to mine and professionally process and utilize these significant data information,so as to achieve "value-added" data.Therefore,this article takes the fitness App as the research object,adopts literature data method,comparative analysis method,questionnaire research method,and takes Keep as an example to study the current status of fitness App propagation in the big data era and the transformation and upgrade strategies of fitness App in the big data era.The main tasks of this paper are divided into three points: clarify the current research status of sports fitness Apps at home and abroad;analyze the impact of big data on fitness Apps;analyze the problems existing in fitness Apps to realize the transformation and upgrade strategy of fitness applications in the era of big data.Through research and analysis,the five major transformation and upgrading strategies for fitness Apps in the era of big data are obtained:1.Platform strategy: Keep kit is an online product that connects sports with home scenes and builds a content-centric intelligent sports product platform for offline fitness club Keep land connects sports and urban scenes to achieve a complete closed-loop sports service from online to offline.Second,the content strategy:the content needs to reflect differentiation and provide personalized service content,while continuously optimizing and upgrading,attach importance to user feedback and Solve problems in a timely manner;3.Communication strategy: Diversity of communication methods;Diversification of communication content;4.Brand strategy:Under the premise of ensuring that the software's own back-end support system is perfect,strengthen the stickiness with customers,and integrate brand development trends to do a good job of brand promotion;5.Profit strategy:Diversified cooperation and innovative profit models.
