In order to carry out the document of “Opinions on Deepening the Reform of the Education System” issued by the Office of the State Council,many primary and secondary schools have further implemented quality-oriented education to "reduce the burden" on their students.Although the original intention of leaving school earlier is good,most parents are unable to pick their children up from work at three o'clock,resulting in some social problems.Therefore,many after-school care center emerge as the require,in order to solve the "time differences" between students and parents,make up for the shortage of extracurricular service,and meet the requirements of parents and students for after-school life care.The paper takes Changchun TALENT After-school Care as the research object,combines the current market situation and the profession characteristic of Changchun city,analyzes its marketing strategy disadvantage and puts forward the solution,expects to provide the reference significance of the marketing strategy of Changchun TALENT After-school Care,helps it to establish the brand,expands the influence,and occupies the superiority in the fierce market competition.The results of the study show that the consumers of the after-school care in Changchun have the following needs at present:(1)to solve the basic demand of time differences between parents and children,and provide children safe and comfortable learning environments;(2)to provide tutorship for the children's homework;(3)to develop good study habits and ways of thinking;and(4)to learn extracurricular knowledge,such as oral English,calligraphy and Chinese culture.At the same time,there are some requirements for environment,food nutrition and hygiene,and tutorship level of the teachers.The paper develops the product,price,place and promotion strategy model based on 4P theory,and expound the industry environment it faces using Five Forces Model,by analyzing the market situation,the needs of students and parents,and based on STP theory to analyze the related problems of segmentation,target and position faced by Changchun TALENT After-school Care.The paper provides favorable marketing strategies and guarantees,by the construction of its corporate culture and good environment with the service attitude of customer-oriented,and carrying out a variety of marketing channels and promotion activities to provide different services for different target groups.
