Small group teaching mode plays an important role in cultivating students' independent learning ability,innovative thinking and social adaptability.As a national ball,table tennis has a high mass base in China,and also faces the impact of other projects.But in the basic teaching of table tennis,the school adopts more traditional class teaching mode,or one-to-one small class elite teaching in the club in the society.In this teaching mode,students can only passively and mechanically learn table tennis skills,and their sports intelligence,learning interest,team cohesion,etc.can not be cultivated.The small group teaching mode can give full play to the students' main position in the classroom,which is conducive to the cultivation of students' team cohesion and learning interest.At present,there is little research on the application of small group teaching mode in primary school table tennis classroom in China.Therefore,based on the experimental research on some students of grade 3-5 in Fengtai District of Beijing and the research results of predecessors in the small group teaching mode,this research deeply excavates and analyzes the small group teaching mode.According to the characteristics of table tennis project and the law of physical and psychological development of primary school students,the small group teaching method is applied to the table tennis class of grade 3-5 in primary school,and compared with the traditional teaching method This paper compares the learning mode,tests the feasibility of the small group teaching mode in the primary school table tennis class of grade 3-5,analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the small group teaching method in the primary school table tennis class of grade 3-5,in order to provide reference and reference for the development of the primary school physical education and the development of the theory and practice of table tennis teaching.This paper mainly uses the methods of literature,experiment,questionnaire and mathematical statistics to teach table tennis experiment to 32 students from grade 3 to grade 5 in Fengtai Experimental Primary School in Beijing.The 32 students are randomly divided into the control class and the experimental class.The control class adopts the traditional class teaching mode,and the experimental class adopts the small group teaching mode.Before the experiment,the students in the experimental class and the control class were tested on table tennis technology,physical quality,team cohesion,learning motivation and learning interest.After 40 weeks of teaching in different teaching modes,the indexes were tested after the experiment,and the relevant data were obtained.Through the comparison of the data before and after the test,the small group teaching was judged to be small The influence of students' table tennis class is as follows:(1)Through the experimental teaching comparison of two different teaching modes,the physical quality of students in both classes has been improved,but there is no significant difference between the two groups.This growth is more caused by the essential role of sports and the normal development of the body.(2)The results show that the experimental class and the control class have improved their motor skills and theoretical performance.Compared with the two groups,the performance of the students in the experimental class has improvedsignificantly,showing a significant difference after the experiment.(3)After teaching in different teaching modes,the scores of the students in the experimental class were significantly higher than those in the control class.(4)As for learning motivation,both groups increased,and the test scores of the experimental class increased more rapidly after the experiment,which was significantly better than that of the control class.(5)Through the teaching of different teaching modes,the test scores of the students in the two classes are higher than those before the experiment,but the students in the experimental class are significantly higher than those in the control class.
