In the arena,track and field is the mother of sports.However,at present,when the class hours of the physical education curriculum in primary schools have not been reduced and the teaching contents have not been deleted,the content teaching of track and field has become a "chicken rib," and track and field events have been in the position of "dominating" the sports field.At present has been marginalized,how to save the status of track and field? Play its role in promoting the physical and mental development of participants? The present situation of teaching environment of physical education(track and field)in primary schools in Fuzhou is analyzed by using the methods of literature,questionnaire and interview,and the factors restricting the teaching of track and field in primary schools in Fuzhou are found out.And try to put forward the solution countermeasure.The conclusions are as follows:(1)The concept and definition of "teaching environment" and "physical education environment" are defined.(2)Through the investigation and analysis of the present situation of physical education teaching environment in 28 primary schools in Fuzhou,It is understood that the physical environment of primary school physical education environment and the environment of sociocultural psychological level in Fuzhou are beneficial to the development of track and field teaching content in primary school.(3)The influencing factors that restrict the development of physical education(track and field)teaching in Fuzhou primary school are: the backward ideas of both teaching and learning(lacking the fundamental understanding that track and field is the mother of sports),and the characteristics of track and field(boring).Difficult projects),the teaching process is lack of effective curriculum supervision,grass-roots lack of professional track and field professors.(4)The "Fuzhou Primary School Physical Education Teaching EnvironmentAssessment Scale" compiled in this study will be measured and tested,and the results can objectively and truly reflect the actual level of the teaching environment,which can be popularized.The research suggestions are as follows:(1)From the current physical environment of primary school physical education in Fuzhou-facility environment dimension,the existing facility environment basically achieves a "good" state,which can meet the needs of physical education classroom teaching in schools.However,insufficient efforts have been made in the use of innovative functions of some equipment and facilities,the promotion of teaching methods by utilizing equipment and facilities,and the deepening of teaching reform.Some front-line teachers are lacking.In order to improve the teaching quality of elementary school physical education basic courses,it is urgent to improve the development,use and innovation ability of teachers 'equipment.(2)In view of the situation that teachers are weak in coping with unexpected events(sudden bad weather),weak in coping with changes in equipment and venues,and lack of advanced teaching concepts and ideological awareness,in addition to enhancing awareness of prevention and strengthening the design of plans,it can also promote the development of the soft environment of physical education in primary schools,and it is suggested that relevant education authorities carry out teachers' skills at the grass-roots level.In order to test the professional skills of teachers,it is suggested to add some theoretical tests so that teachers can not only act,but also know the principle of action,teach and deal with different types of emergencies(abrupt changes in objective weather and unpredictable events),so as to avoid the impact of unexpected events on classroom teaching quality.(3)Under the influence of "space-time environment",the influence of teachers' professional ability and the allocation of teaching resources on teaching environment can not be ignored.The space-time environment of primary school physical education has long been neglected.The majority of front-line physical education teachers are affected by the excessive number of students in the teaching process,and the quality of teaching isgreatly reduced(for example,because of the large number of students organizing game teaching,the students need to invest more energy in organizing and managing the students,because of the large number of students and the multitude of people in the practice process,the teaching organization and management need to invest more elaborate.Therefore,the quality of classroom teaching in "big class" can not be guaranteed.Through exchanges,we know that "small class" is the general expectation of the majority of front-line PE teachers.Of course,some teachers think that facing the current situation of more students is a challenge,and also a test of teachers' professional level(that is,the innovation of teachers' own teaching methods,the innovation of teaching organization and management methods).(4)The influence of social and cultural psychological environment on physical education is pervasive,such as the creation of campus track and field activities,and the display of excellent track and field events through the school sports meet(Sports Culture Festival).At the same time,at the social level,social organizations(associations or institutions)can introduce commercialized competitions appropriately,such as street track and field competitions,and track and field pupils' training from an early age.The ability of appreciating and the cognition of athletics' s health,strength and beauty are also discussed.At the same time,the students' mental health education is strengthened by using PE class.
