In order to achieve the goal of " Moral education”,the crux of Ideological and political course is to build ideological and political course into a subject that students really agree with and like.General secretary Xi Jinping proposed to ideological and political teachers to build an affinity ideological and political course,which requires ideological and political teachers to enhance their affinity in Ideological and political education on the basis of improving their affinity.Although high school ideological and political teachers generally have affinity,but there are high and low points,So,in order to cultivate their affinity,high school ideological and political teachers should base themselves on appealing to students with the charm of truth,influencing students with solid and excellent teaching skills,attracting students with noble personality charm,and infecting students with sincere communication,so as to shorten the spiritual distance with students,and enhance students' sense of identity,trust and benefit to political teachers and political courses Feeling,that is,to "be close to one's teacher and believe in one's way".This paper mainly includes the following five chapters:First,it focuses on exploring the background and significance of the topic,combing and reviewing the relevant research results at home and abroad,briefly analyzing the research ideas,introducing the research methods,refining the research focus and difficulties,and summarizing the innovation and shortcomings of the research.Secondly,it defines the related concepts of this paper,refines the constituent elements of the affinity of high school ideological and political teachers,and summarizes the necessity of cultivating the affinity of high school ideological and political teachers.Third,the current situation of the affinity of high school ideological and political teachers.In the system of literature research,questionnaire survey and so on,this paper carries out the investigation on the affinity of high school ideological and political teachers,and concludes that there are some deficiencies in the affinity of high school ideological and political teachers,which are manifested in the following five aspects: the insufficient demonstration of subject theoretical literacy and the insufficient display of teaching ability.Fourth the factors that affect the affinity of high school ideological and political teachers.In view of the specific performance of the lack of affinity of high school ideological and political teachers,this paper analyzes the reasons from three aspects of teachers' teaching philosophy,professional ideal and role orientation.Fifthly,ways to cultivate the affinity of high school ideological and Political Teachers.According to the basic elements of the affinity of Ideological and political teachers,combined with the analysis of the reasons,this paper puts forward some practical countermeasures from mastering the nature of the discipline,paying attention to self-cultivation,consolidating the basic teaching skills,adhering to the principle of educating people and paying attention to appearance and behavior.
