| Information technology application ability is the core quality of high-quality teachers in the new era.The whole school promotion is the basic mode to improve the application ability of teachers' information technology in our country at present.This research takes AY Middle School of J Province as a case study,and according to the current situation of the application ability of teachers' information technology in this school,constructs a school level information leading group with the principal as CIO and the information-based expert teachers of various disciplines as members,with the subject experts as the main body,the technology and discipline integration workshop as the guide The whole school promotion mode of "online learning and offline school-based application" for all teachers of the subject has been implemented for three months.This study uses the method of questionnaire survey to find out the current situation of ay middle school teachers' information technology application ability.From the four dimensions of consciousness and attitude,knowledge and skills,application and innovation,and social responsibility,it investigates and analyzes the problems and obstacles existing in the application of information technology of ay middle school teachers.At the same time,the interview method was used to interview the key teachers of the school,and the results of the investigation were further verified.It is found that the main factors restricting the development of information technology ability of ay middle school teachers are: the form of information technology ability training is rigid,the content is single,and the important role of teacher training is not valued;some teachers still have one-sided cognition of information technology;most teachers lack of continuous research and learning of information technology related knowledge;schools lack of information technology ability to improve teachers Incentive mechanism.Three months after the implementation of the whole school promotion mode,the overall effect is good.The research finds that: 1.The integration ability of young and middle-aged teachers has been improved rapidly;2.The concept of teacher integration has been improved rapidly,but the integration depth is not enough;3.The Informatization Leading Group with the principal as the CIO is the core and key of the whole school promotion;4.The implementation ability of the teaching and research group is positively related to the integration effect.In addition,we use theimproved Flanders method to analyze the typical cases,which shows that the integration ability of teacher G has improved;at the same time,we analyze the word frequency of all kinds of texts written by teachers in the school for three months,and find that the education concept and technical awareness of all teachers have been strengthened.According to the research,teachers' IT application ability should be improved from the aspects of consciousness and attitude,knowledge and skills,application and innovation,social responsibility and so on;from the school level,the whole school promotion mode should be adopted,which needs leaders' attention and overall consideration,and the backbone teachers should lead the first and typical demonstration,and the key is to implement the classroom continuously In practice,the training process should be classified and layered,and finally the teachers can improve the application ability of information technology. |
