Counselors are an important part of teachers in colleges and universities.They are the backbone of moral education and ideological and political education of college students.They are also the guides and guides for the healthy growth of college students.The professional quality of counselors directly affects the educational management level of college students and the ideological and political education of college students.Therefore,the construction of college counselors is paid more and more attention to by the Party and the country,and the evaluation and encouragement of counselors undefined work have been paid more and more attention and research by many experts and scholars.Whether the assessment system of counselors is scientific and reasonable will directly affect the daily work effect and enthusiasm of counselors.At present,according to the characteristics of counselors undefined work and the basic situation of our college,various higher vocational colleges in our country have formed different types of assessment system for counselors,but there are different problems and limitations in the actual implementation process.This paper takes Z College as the main body of study,on the basis of studying a large number of literature works,adopts 360°investigation method,and distributes the questionnaire to all the college counselors,college administrators and some student groups.And I selected part of the respondents for interviews.Through investigation and analysis,it is understood that the current status of quantitative assessment of counselors in the school is not comprehensive enough,the incentive system needs to be improved,and the assessment feedback is insufficient,and the existing problems are attributed.On the basis of investigation and analysis conclusion,on the basis of incentive theory,360°comprehensive appraisal method such as theory basis,combining with my eight years full-time counselors work experience and comprehension,puts forward the improvement strategy of college counselors existing appraisal system for Z college,has been clear about the Z college counselor assessment objectives and requirements,in the assessment of comprehensive,orientation,fairness and science as the principle,on the basis of the optimization assessment contents and perfecting examination subjects,strengthen assessment feedback and reward mechanism and strengthen assessment security five aspects proposed for Z college appraisal system optimization strategy.It provides certain reference for the quantitative assessment of counselors in higher vocational colleges,and also has certain reference value for the construction and research of performance management system of counselors in higher vocational colleges.
