With the rise of MOOCs,peer evaluation of online assignments has gradually become an important learning evaluation method.Through peer evaluation, learners can learn about peer learning, and it can be transformed into reflection and spur on their own learning. However, some scholars have shown that peer evaluation standards are more lenient than teacher evaluation and self-evaluation,and that there is a big difference between peer evaluation and teacher evaluation. Moreover, many learners also have doubts about whether they can evaluate the work of others. In the increasingly popular online peer evaluation,it is very common for peer reviewers, students and teachers to have poor consistency. So what are the factors that cause this inconsistency? This study focuses on two questions: First,do peers score the same homework? Is peer rating consistent with teacher evaluation? Second, what individual factors of students affect the consistency of their scores with that of teachers? This research takes the course of "Modern Educational Technology" as an example. It sorts out the data of each peer's peer-reviewed homework and analyzes the peer-scoring correlation coefficients to explore whether the peers' homework scores are consistent? The question is whether the peer scores are consistent with the teacher's score.Second,by combing relevant literature on the status of peer evaluation consistency at home and abroad and the influencing factors of peer evaluation consistency, five factors that affect peer evaluation consistency are summarized:emotional stability, adjudication ability, responsibility Heart, learning self-confidence,current task competence, and designed a questionnaire around four of these factors.Through the analysis of the data, this article explores the second question: which individual factors of students affect the consistency of their scores and teachers' scores. The research results show that: Although the validity of scoring varies greatly among students, the average peer evaluation scores are consistent with the teacher's scoring and are of certain reference;judging from the individual characteristics of students, the judgment, responsibility, and emotion Stability,self-confidence in learning, and current task competencies have a significant positive impact on the consistency of student and teacher scoring. In addition, this research reflects on the research results, hoping to provide some reference for the practice and research of peer evaluation on the Internet.
