Peer relationship plays an important role in the development of the children.It is an important source to meet the needs of the children's social development and obtain good interpersonal relationships.It also plays a very important role in the children's social adaptation and sound personality in the future.Good peer relationship can enable children to continuously accumulate communication experience,reduce the occurrence of the conflict behavior,improve communication skills and cognitive social ability,also can communicate well to achieve efficient interaction.This investigation takes the elementary school higher grades students as an example,combined with the environment context of the social change,based on the research of the status in the investigation.The elementary student companion relates respectively from the ways of parents teaching,student themselves,teacher guidance.From this three aspects carries on the questionnaire design,analyzed the pupil peer relationship problems and reasons,put forward the corresponding education countermeasures in order to promote the improvement of the elementary student companion relationship,ensure that the pupils in the direction of the body healthy and mind development.This paper is divided into six chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,which mainly introduces the research background,research significance,research methods,domestic and foreign research status and existing deficiencies.The second chapter is the core concept and theoretical basis,mainly introduces the concept of the peer relationship,peer relationship influencing factors and important theoretical basis of peer relationship.The third chapter mainly analyzes the problems existing in the current peer relationship and its influencing factors.The fourth chapter is mainlybased on the problems existing in the peer relationship of the primary school students,from parents,students,teachers and other aspects to analyze the reasons,find out the factors affecting the peer relationship to provide a basis for improving the peer relationship.The fifth chapter puts forward the countermeasures to improve the peer relationship from the three aspects of the parents,students and teachers.First,guide parents to create a good parent-child relationship,guide parents to pay attention to the communication with the children,guide parents to change the simple and crude way of education,guide parents to allow children to communicate properly and freely;Second,strengthen the guidance of elementary school students' interpersonal communication,train students to improve their interpersonal communication ability,encourage students to carry on the cooperation and communication between peers,strengthen communication between teachers and students;The third is to guide students to enhance their cognition of the society,guide students to adapt to the development of the social cognition,teachers should guide students to develop the training of social communication skills and guide students to master interpersonal skills.The last chapter is the summary of the problems in this research and the prospect of the future.
