| Objective: this research uses the core strength training theory,through the experiment method,has demonstrated that the core strength training can improve the high school female volleyball athlete's speed quality,has enriched to the volleyball athlete's physical ability training theory,the research result provides the scientific training plan for the enhancement volleyball athlete's movement skill level,has the important practice value to the volleyball movement development.Methods: 16 female volleyball players in Anshan No.In the experiment,the experimental group and the control group used the same training time and the same training conditions,in which the control group used the "traditional strength training" for intervention,the experimental group used the "core strength training" for intervention,the training time was 8 weeks,3 times a week,each lasting for 30 minutes.In the fourth and eighth week of the experiment,the speed quality test was carried out respectively,and the test results were analyzed after the experiment.Results: after 8 weeks of training,the experimental group reflected the speed quality of high school female volleyball players in five indicators,except for the t-word movement,the other four speed quality indicators were significantly improved,and there were significant differences before and after the comparison.After 8 weeks of group training,the control group reflected the speed quality of high school female volleyball players in five indicators,except t-word movement did not increase,the other four indicators improved slightly.Conclusion:(1)Core strength training can effectively improve the speed quality of highschool female volleyball players,and it is more effective for the improvement of displacement speed and movement speed.(2)Core strength training has obvious advantages over traditional strength training in improving the speed quality of high school female volleyball players.(3)The enhancement of the core area strength of senior high school female volleyball players provides guarantee for the technical application of senior high school female volleyball players,which proves that the stronger the action pertinence is,the more obvious the training effect is. |
