With the advancement of science and technology,the development of economic globalization and the adjustment of the industrial structure,the market has placed higher demands on workers in terms of knowledge,ability,and quality.It is in urgent need of a large number of solid theoretical foundations,application capabilities and innovation capabilities.Both high-quality talents.In this market background,full-time professional degrees came into being.Full-time professional degrees have become an effective way to cultivate high-level application-oriented specialized talents.The focus of China’s college education has also shifted from nurturing academic talents to nurturing applied talents.The cultivation of professional abilities for full-time professional graduate students should be regarded as the core content of full-time professional graduate degree education.Attention must be paid to it.Curriculum construction and curriculum teaching are indispensable links in professional graduate degree education,and they are guaranteed and improved.The important factors for the professional ability cultivation of professional graduate students.The article is divided into five parts.First of all,the dissertation expounds the background of the topic selection,introduces the existing researches on topic selection by domestic and foreign scholars,and puts forward the research ideas and methods of this paper.The second chapter defines the related concepts of full-time professional graduate degree curriculum construction;analyzes the basic theory of this topic and the significance of curriculum construction to cultivate the professional ability of full-time professional graduate degree students.Under the guidance of Brubacher’s philosophy of higher education and the theory of man’s all-round development,the essential characteristics of the development of full-time master degree education are proposed,namely,the application,occupation and research are emphasized to provide a theoretical basis for curriculum construction.The third chapter analyzes some problems existing in the current China’s full-time professional graduate degree education curriculum construction,such as urgent need for improvement in teaching methods,curriculum systemization,lack of attention to the cultivation of students’professional ability,and even lack of analysis.In the fourth chapter,on the basis of analyzing the problems and causes of curriculum construction,we try to put forward the suggestions on strengthening the curriculum construction of full-time professional degree graduates based on the cultivation of professional abilities;specifically to promote professional competence training in five aspects:relying on the system as a curriculum Provide policy support for construction;optimize curriculum system framework;reform traditional teaching methods;strengthen the construction of teachers;strengthen curriculum evaluation.It is a long-term process to promote the cultivation of professional ability for full-time professional degree graduate students through curriculum development.It requires the joint collaboration of the government,universities,employers,and individual graduate students to continuously test and improve through practice in order to provide full-time professional graduate degree education.The cultivation goals provide protection,meet the needs of socio-economic development,and better serve the country’s economic and social development.
