In recent years,the term "craftsman spirit" has been written into the government work report.School vocational guidance is the bridge and link between individuals and society,schools and work units,and is an important factor affecting the level of the spirit of craftsmen in individual study and work.Therefore,the current vocational guidance work in schools should be conducive to cultivating students' craftsman spirit as the starting point,so it is of great practical significance to study the current situation of vocational guidance in schools in China based on the craftsman spirit.Based on the analysis of relevant Chinese and foreign literature,this study firstly makes an in-depth analysis of the connotation of craftsman spirit,and defines its concept from the perspective of the cultivation process of craftsman spirit.Secondly,a provincial secondary vocational school in sichuan province was investigated to explore the countermeasures of vocational guidance based on the spirit of craftsman in the new era.Under the background of school-enterprise cooperation and industry-education integration in vocational education,this paper holds that the investigation on the current situation of vocational guidance in secondary vocational schools for cultivating students' craftsman spirit should be divided into two parts: enterprises and schools.In the aspect of enterprises,interviews were conducted with the guidance teachers of enterprises who signed the school-enterprise cooperation agreement with the secondary vocational school and carried out the integrated cultivation of industry and education on the vocational guidance of cultivating students' craftsman spirit,and the vocational guidance factors affecting the cultivation of secondary vocational students' craftsman spirit and their relations were analyzed.In terms of schools,the current situation of "student-major" matching was investigated in the form of questionnaire,and the influence of "student-major" matching on the cultivation of craftsman spirit of secondary vocational students was further verified from two aspects: professional course performance and career planning course performance.Finally,combined with theabove two surveys,this paper discusses the reasons behind the current situation of vocational guidance in schools,and draws on the successful experience of Germany in cultivating students' craftsman spirit by using vocational guidance in schools,and puts forward countermeasures and Suggestions for vocational guidance in schools based on craftsman spirit in China in the new era.
