Under the influence of the Internet and modern information technology,the reform of education in primary and secondary schools is facing unprecedented opportunities and challenges.Primary and secondary schools have made efforts and attempts to improve the informationized teaching ability.However,there are many differences in informationized environment among the schools,and the method of integrating information technology into teaching is still in the exploratory stage,Meanwhile,the informationized teaching ability of teachers need improving further.Therefore,the overall status quo is not optimistic.The research attempts to take A primary school in Xianyang city as an example to explore the school-based strategy with the investigation and analysis of present situation in the informationized teaching ability in order to solve the actual problems.It's very important to emphasize on the school-based support service of teachers' professional development to improve the informationied teaching ability.During seven months of internship in the A primary school,participating in teaching management,teaching research and administrative,the paper investigates the present situation in informationaed teaching ability of teachers under the five dimensions—technical literacy,planning and preparation,organization and management,evaluation and diagnosis,and learning and development.The study found that weak ability of implementation,shallow knowledge of theory and skills,the transformation of learning mode in the initial stage and single school-based training mode are the obstacles to improving the informationied teaching ability.Based on the above investigation and research,the paper from the school level proposes that motivating the teachers' incentive action,deepening the training of informationized teaching,establishing the evaluation system and diverse school-based training will be effective strategies for the benefit of the enhancement to the informationized teaching ability.
