Classroom silence is a phenomenon commonly found in classroom teaching activities,which affects the transfer of knowledge and the acquisition of students,which in turn affects the improvement of teaching quality.In the class of primary school,silence is very common.There are both negative silence and positive silence.Negative silence always negatively affects the classroom.Students do not actively participate in the classroom: they do not actively answer questions raised by teachers and do not participate in group discussions,do not actively raise their hands to answer the questions raised by teachers...and active silence also exists in the classroom.This part of the students do not actively participate in the classroom,but they follow the rhythm of the classroom at any time,they have little impact on classroom activities.So the research in this article is mainly this part of passive silence.Finally,This article focuses on a special group of children of landless farmers.Due to the interweaving of various reasons,there is a gap between children of landless farmers and non-landless farmers of their classroom silence.This research is based on the observation of the classroom silence of students in grades 4-6 of xx school in Longquanyi,in Chengdu.It is found that the phenomenon of passive silence is very common in the classroom,and there is a certain difference in the classroom silence between children of landless farmers and children of non-landless farmers.Through comparison of the classroom silence between the children of landless farmers and the children of non-landless farmers,and the comprehensive use of observation,questionnaires and interviews,finding the reasons for the classroom silence of the children of the landless farmers is mainly due to the special psychological reasons and special family background of the children of the landless farmers.the lack of targeted teaching management mechanism.Then basing on the management perspective,corresponding solutions should be put forward from different aspects.By Strengthening social service support system,enhancing the impact of family education,improving specific school management,increasing teaching management ability of teachers and paying attention to the effectiveness of class management construction,improve the situation of classroom silence from children of landless farmers,and promote the healthy growth and development of the landless peasant children's academic and life.
