Research On Group Work To Improve The Employment Ablity Of Landless Farmers

The employment of landless farmers is a non-negligible part of people's livelihood.With the acceleration of urbanization and the rapid development of the economy,a large amount of land has been requisitioned.The original land has now become ahigh-risebuilding,and the number of landless farmers has also increased year by year.Land is the livelihood of farmers.Due to the change from farming to non-agriculture after land acquisition or demolition,they are separated from the land.Only one-time compensation for land requisition cannot solve the continuous livelihood problem.Limited demolition compensation cannot guarantee long-term living expenses,improve the employability of landless farmers,make them have a sustainable livelihood,and have important social significance.From the perspective of social work,the author adopts qualitative research methods and collects first-hand materials such as the employment status of landless farmers through interviews and questionnaire surveys.The author uses the group social work method to improve the employment ability of landless farmers,emphasizing the operational significance and research value of social work,and then puts forward some suggestions to relevant departments,such as forming an employment service network,comprehensively strengthening vocational skills training,and improving The social and psychological conditions of landless farmers,the employment ability of the new generation of migrant workers,and their better integration into urban society.This article takes the land-lost farmers in Group X of Shenyang City as the service object,interview method,literature method,etc.to collect the basic situation of the group members,and roughly understand the dilemmas and most urgent problems encountered by the group members in employment.Ideas,and focus on the use of energy-enhancing theories and social support theories to carry out employment improvement groups for landless farmers.Finally,the author combined with the investigation and research of the landless farmers in the X group of Shenyang City to analyze the employment gap of the landless farmers.In order to solve the important livelihood issue of employment as soon as possible,the author put forward related employment policies,land acquisition compensation system,employment training mechanism,etc.Solution.
