| The new educational reform and the reform of physical education curriculum put forward more diversified requirements for the content and form of modern teaching.With the popularization and development of taekwondo,taekwondo courses are gradually developed in primary and secondary schools all over the country,which is a recognition of the functional value of taekwondo sports,and also puts forward higher requirements on the teaching forms and methods of taekwondo courses.Flip the classroom teaching model combined with small groups take the network as the carrier of knowledge transfer,is a kind of independent type,discussion-based,exploratory,take the student as the main body of the teaching mode,teaching methods,fully meet the students on taekwondo method innovation requirements,and the model in cultivating the students' interest in physical education learning,communication and cooperation ability,independent learning and innovation,and so on all play an important role.In this study,the novel and nearly subversive teaching model of flipped classroom combined with small groups was introduced into taekwondo teaching in grade 3 primary school to test whether the model could be an effective means of taekwondo teaching and further improve the teaching quality and effect of taekwondo in primary school.This study combined with primary school curriculum teaching practice,and respectively by the methods of documentary,interview,questionnaire survey method,experimental method,mathematical statistics and other research methods,and taking nanjing gulou riverside third grade class(1)and(4)classes,a total of 78 students as the object of teaching experiment,through the contrast experimental classes and that in comparative classes teaching practice effect,small groups analysis to flip the classroom teaching mode and the traditional teaching mode to improve students' physical quality,taekwondo technical level,sports study interest,differences in interpersonal communication and team cooperation ability.Findings:(1)In elementary school taekwondo teaching,compared with the traditional teaching mode,the application of flipped classroom combined with small-group teaching mode is more conducive to the improvement of students' physical quality.(2)In elementary school taekwondo teaching,compared with the traditional teaching mode,the application of flipped classroom combined with the small-group teaching mode is more conducive to the improvement of students' technical level.Among them,the new teaching mode is more obvious in improving the performance of technical movements with relatively high technical requirements(leg,quality and footwork),and has a good teaching effect in promoting the performance of technical movements with relatively low technicalrequirements(attack and defense techniques).(3)In elementary school taekwondo teaching,compared with the traditional teaching mode,the application of flipped classroom combined with the small-group teaching mode is more conducive to the improvement of students' interest in physical education.(4)In elementary school taekwondo teaching,compared with the traditional teaching mode,the application of flipped classroom combined with the small-group teaching mode is more conducive to the improvement of students' unity and cooperation ability.(5)In elementary school taekwondo teaching,compared with the traditional teaching mode,the application of flipped classroom combined with the small-group teaching mode is more conducive to the improvement of students' interpersonal skills.(6)In primary school taekwondo course teaching,compared with the traditional teaching mode,flipped classroom combined with small-group teaching mode is more complicated with more links.Meanwhile,problems such as poor self-learning effect of students,insufficient positive interaction between teachers and students,difficult control of teaching progress and complex feedback and evaluation methods also occur. |
