Based on the background of the increasing development of international education exchanges and cooperation in China,and the analysis of the current state,development scale and existing problems of Sino-foreign cooperation in running schools at the middle school stage in Fujian Province,this case study actively explores it in accordance with the long-term and stable development of education and the actual situation through in-depth study of the Sino-American program in Quanzhou No.7 Middle School.The mode of school program management will further promote the healthy,stable and orderly development of Sino-foreign cooperation in running schools.Through text analysis,case analysis,investigation and research,comparative study and literature analysis,this paper studies the Sino-foreign cooperative school-running program in Quanzhou No.7 Middle School.Through the analysis of management mode,planning,organization,leadership and regulation,it is concluded that schools should take their tradition and development history into consideration to decide whether to establish such program;when managing such program,they should adopt diversified management mode,taking into account the independence,particularity of cooperative program and the radiation of high-quality educational resources introduced by schools.Project planning should have a general view and operability,make scientific planning according to the existing resources of schools,and avoid crude emulation.Project management organization structure should be small and refined while strengthening human resources management.In project leadership,students should be encouraged to learn meaningfully and stimulate teachers' creative work morale,so as to teach students in accordance with their aptitude by understanding students' learning attitude,personality and career orientation.Teachers should be encouraged creatively so as to cultivate and retain talents.Project regulation should be combined with prevention in advance,in-process and measures afterwards so as to achieve the significance of regulation,control and ensure the realization of project goals.
