Research On Undergraduate Specialty Orientation Of Secretary Science

There are not many researches on the orientation of secretarial undergraduate course.The perspective of the existing research focusing on the subject of secretarial studies,which is not comprehensive,systematic,and short of pertinence.To analyze the connotation,current situation and reasons of the undergraduate professional orientation,this thesis takes the undergraduate major of secretarial science as the research object,which is based on the positioning theory and uses the data studies,interdisciplinary research method,case study method,comparative research method and any other methods.Accordingly this thesis puts forward the solutions to the positioning of the undergraduate major of secretarial science.Firstly,on the basis of positioning theory,this paper clarifies the importance of positioning secretarial undergraduate majors,and points out that the positioning process which should follow five principles.The positioning connotation includes three dimensions: self-orientation,school and government's orientation,and social orientation.Secondly,starting from the existing undergraduate majors,the thesis analyzes the environmental characteristics and development status of the subject with a large amount of basic data,and draws a conclusion that the problems of current secretarial undergraduate majors.In terms of self-orientation,it lacks professional core competitiveness,neglects of the external macro development environment,and lacks of refinement of talent training direction.In terms of school and government's orientation,there is a problem that the professional development potential is neglected and the management system is not perfect.In terms of social orientation,there is no authoritative evaluation mechanism recognized by the industry.Thirdly,considering the the actual investigation and the factors affecting the professional orientation of case study,the analysis of the undergraduate professional orientation is mainly influenced by the leadership of the professional leaders and the situation of the teaching staff.The external is mainly influenced by policy factors and market factors.Finally,the thesis proposes the undergraduate professional positioning measures from the perspective of professional positioning presupposition,positioning strategy and positioning path of secretarial undergraduate.
