Since the new college entrance examination reform was tried in 2014,the career planning education of ordinary high school has gradually attracted people's attention.Among them,whether the Zhejiang-Shanghai region of the new college entrance examination reform or the other provinces that are about to implement the New college entrance examination reform are in different forms and different degrees to carry out career planning education.The curriculum of career planning education is the most basic and common form of career planning education.It can provide career planning education for high school students in the most rapid,intuitive and concentrated way.However,as far as the curriculum of career planning education in ordinary high schools is concerned,on the one hand,there is a requirement in national policy,but it is not clear,Some provincial ordinary high school curriculum programs have made preliminary plans for this curriculum,but there is no rigid requirement.Whether or not to open a course depends entirely on the school itself;on the other hand,there are few schools offering career planning education courses in high school,while the corresponding courses are characterized by lack of systematization,less time and lack of professional teachers.How to carry out career planning education,the goal of curriculum,the content and the way of implementation have become a difficult problem.This study grasps the concept of career planning education and the curriculum of career planning education,and points out that the ordinary high school career planning education course is to set up a special career planning education course in the ordinary high school stage to help high school students to analyze their interests in a comprehensive way,on the basis of the ability and extensive understanding of college majors and social occupations,locate one's own professional intention and career coordinates,and make use of all available resources and curriculum organization forms to realize the students' career goals.The course also has the characteristics of entirety,process,practicability,diversity and times.Then,the theoretical basis of the curriculum of career planning education in senior high school is analyzed in order to understand and grasp the significance of career planning education in the process of individual development.The thesis mainly focuses on the students' cognition,the understanding and recognition of the curriculum,the curriculum objectives,the curriculum content,the effect of implementation,the evaluation and guarantee mechanism,the problems and suggestions,and then to investigate the implementation of the curriculum of career planning education in senior high school through these aspects.Through the analysis of data and information,the problems found in the investigation are: curriculum offering lacks continuity and transitivity;curriculum form is simple and random and lacks diversity;curriculum content is boring,and emphasizing theory rather than practice;curriculum evaluation is lack of standardization and randomness.In view of the outstanding problems in the curriculum of career planning education in ordinary high school,and combined with the experience and lessons of Zhejiang and Shanghai,this thesis carries out the theoretical construction of the curriculum of career planning education in ordinary high school: first of all,to establish a clear and appropriate curriculum objectives,and then there is a focus and positive career planning education;second,to have rich implementation of the linked curriculum content,related to the aspects of self-positioning,study,major and profession;third,to ensure the implementation of diverse courses,use courses,activities,discipline penetration,group counseling and individual counseling to implement career planning education;finally,to build a system of curriculum evaluation,assess and diagnose courses.This paper takes High School of F as a case to further study and demonstrate the theoretical construction of career planning education curriculum,at the same time,analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of its implementation,and puts forward some suggestions for improvement.
