In the macro context of the new college entrance examination reform,it is imperative to establish a people-oriented and personalized life-centered education system.The main research contents of this paper include the following aspects: a comparative study of life planning education in the United States,the United Kingdom,and Japan,exploring the characteristics of high school life planning education development in developed countries,and clarifying the "should" development trend of life planning education.Based on the field survey of A senior high school in Hebei Province,a mixed research paradigm is used,which combines quantitative empirical analysis and interview qualitative data.Independent sample T test,analysis of variance,and structural equation model are used to analyze the student background for life planning education and learning.Influence,analyze the scores of various content dimensions of life planning education and implementation path;analyze the problems of A high school in life planning education through qualitative interview data.Finally,the results of comparative research,empirical analysis,and qualitative interviews of foreign materials are put forward,and suggestions are put forward to build a high school career planning education system.The study found that,first,the focus of life planning education in the United Kingdom,the United States,and Japan is mainly to highlight legal guarantees and financial support,strengthen the theoretical research and guidance practice of life planning education,improve the setting and management of life planning education institutions;Qualification and promotion of the use of modern information technology in life planning education.Second,the status analysis found that the content of career planning education is still biased towards serving students' self-cognition and adapting to the new college entrance examination,which is weak in training students' career cognition and career design ability.The way of implementation is mainly on-campus curriculum,but the practice resources outside the school are lacking.The empirical analysis of the implementation path of school life planning education found that the internal support pathways have a significant positive impact on self-cognition guidance and the development of career design abilities,and the-out-of campus support has a positive and significant impact on self-cognition guidance,social career cognition guidance and career design ability.In terms of differences in student backgrounds and life planning learning,girls and top students have higher learning scores in life planning education.Finally,based on qualitative interview data,it is found that the main problems of life planning education in high school A are in four aspects: utilitarian goals of school life planning education;lack of systematic design of life planning education content;single approach to life planning education,lack of on-campus activities and off-campus Practice;insufficient support for life planning education resources.In order to build a high school life planning education system suitable for the new college entrance examination reform,this research suggests: first,build a high school life planning education system based on the overall thinking of the target system,organization system,and operation system;secondly,put forward specific practical approaches: broaden the meaning and Extension,establish a three-level goal system based on "living";build a comprehensive and personalized life planning education guidance system;establish an activity mechanism that combines internal school experience with external school practice;and establish a comprehensive resource guarantee and management mechanism.
