Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of The Productive Training Base In Advertising Specialty Of A College

The construction of productive training base in higher vocational colleges aims at innovating the mode of talent training.It is an important measure of higher vocational education reform with Chinese characteristics,is a key field and key link of talent training,and is also an effective way to improve the quality of talent training and employment competitiveness.Therefore,the establishment of productive training base in higher vocational colleges is not only an important measure to solve the difficulty of students' practical teaching,but also a significant teaching capital construction work to achieve the goal of talent training.The productive training base in higher vocational college is generally composed of many experiments and training rooms(workshops).It is the important thing for students to learn and improve their practical skills through the combination of work and study.A series of problems,such as how to introduce enterprises,how to build bases,how to manage students,and how to carry out practical training teaching,have become hot topics in the field of teaching reform in higher vocational colleges,and have been attached great importance to by academic circles.In this paper,the productive training base of advertising major in A College is taken as the research object.Project management is adopted to analyze the current situation of the productive training base.What's more,many kinds of research methods,such as empirical research,investigation and interview,literature survey and so on,are comprehensively adopted,and the statistics analyzing method is used to evaluate the effects of the project.There are some problems in the project construction,including lack of well-organized plan at the beginning,improper use of funds and teachers at the middle period,and lack of effective incentive mechanism at the later period.Based on the analysis of the causes of the problems,this paper puts forward some effective countermeasures for the project of the productive training base in colleges.The research results have important reference significance for the construction of productive training bases in higher vocational colleges in China,and have important theoretical and practical significance for enriching the research in relevant fields in China,promoting the development of productive training bases in higher vocational colleges towards the direction of scientization,professionalization,specialization and sustainability,and improving the level of higher vocational education.
