In today's society,the requirements for secondary vocational school students are increasingly high,which not only include professional skills but also moral qualities.At present,a variety of negative reports about morality have emerged,which has become a major problem to be solved.Chinese language and literary,or simply known as Yuwen,attaches great importance to the unity of “instrumentality and humanity” and shoulders the mission of cultivating students' moral quality,among which gratitude education is the most important.It will inevitably become a problem that needs continuous attention in the future society and should be highly valued by the society,schools,teachers and parents.It is of great practical significance to study works on gratitude in secondary vocational schools.Aiming at the reading and teaching of gratitude themed works in Chinese textbooks for secondary vocational schools,this paper tries to analyze the distribution of gratitude themed works in Chinese textbooks for secondary vocational schools and outline the importance of cultivating gratitude consciousness in students.By an analysis of the present situation of teaching the reading of gratitude themed novels as well as the reasons of the formation of the phenomenon,this paper expects to raise the level of secondary vocational students' gratitude consciousness.
