With the progress of history curriculum reform in middle schools,respecting students' subjectivity,guiding students to change the way of learning,and cultivating students' ability of independent learning have become the important guidance of history teaching in middle schools.Based the concept of student-based education,the prepositional assignment focuses on students' subjectivity in learning and is committed to the cultivation of students' independent learning ability,which is of great significance for students' lifelong learning andlong-term development.This study is aimed at the design of historical prepositional assignment in junior high school.Combining theoretical research with investigation and analysis,this study proposes specific design strategies for historical prepositional assignment according to the problems reflected in the actual investigation.This research mainly uses the literature research method,the questionnaire survey method and the example analysis method and so on.Based on the literature review,this study sorts out the relevant research results of current academic circles on prepositional assignment.On the basis of defining the concept of prepositional assignment,it analyzes the connotation,characteristics and significance of historical prepositional assignment in junior high school,and lays a certain theoretical foundation for the follow-up research.Combining the questionnaire survey and the case analysis of the prepositional assignment design,this study puts forward some strategies and suggestions on the design of the historical prepositional assignment in junior high school,such as designing multiple forms,designing hierarchical assignments,students' participation in the design,timely feedback and so on.Based on these,a case design is carried out for the whole volume of the first volume of the eighth grade.It is hoped that teachers and students attach great importance to the historical prepositional assignment,design and implement it more reasonably,develop its real effect,and cultivate students' independent learning ability.
