In 2001,after the basic education working conference,the Ministry of Education formally promulgated the Outline of Basic Education Curriculum Reform(Trial Implementation).The outline points out that three-level curriculum management policy should be implemented.With the decentralization of curriculum power,school-based curriculum development is in full swing all over the country.However,up to now,most of the relevant research on school-based curriculum development has stayed at the theoretical stage,and many schools have no characteristics of their own resources in the process of teaching.The author interprets the educational concept of "academy culture"in the teaching middle school,and finds that it coincides with many aspects of the educational purpose of "cultivating people by virtue" For teachers,teaching students to be human and learning;for students,learning and being a person are integrated.The author tries to develop the school-based curriculum of biology in Senior High School under the background of academy culture.Provides the case reference for the following school-based curriculum developm ent practitionersThis study takes the development of school-based biology curriculum in Huaneng Jieyu as an example.Firstly,through a large number of documents,the meaning and related theories of academy,Academy culture,curriculum,school-based curriculum and school-based curriculum development are clarified.Secondly,interviews,questionnaires and other research methods are used to investigate the resources inside and outside the school,to assess teachers' hobbies,expertise,students' interests and needs,and to determine the development of biology school-based curriculum in senior high school.Then,under the background of college culture,from curriculum goal setting;textbook content selection,curriculum organization to curriculum implementation,curriculum evaluation,the concept and procedure of curriculum development introduced by foreign countries and the spirit and system of the Academy,The combination of organization makes the curriculum development highlight the characteristics of school culture,localize the curriculum development,inject new ideas and contents into the academy culture,and innovate and inherit the academy culture.
