History school-based curriculum is formulated under the three-level dynamic balance mechanism of national curriculum,local curriculum and school curriculum.In the school-based curriculum,school takes the main position,and teachers and students is the main participating body.Its purpose is to promote students' all-round development and meet the requirements of shaping sound personality.Its content is a regional history and culture curriculum featured by humanistic culture,individualization and diversification.The development of history school-based curriculum is conducive to satisfying students' individual needs and shaping their sound personality.It also can help to improve teachers' professional level and establish democratic and equal teacher-student relationship.Besides,the development of history school-based curriculum is conducive to highlighting the characteristics of regional schools and conforming to the trend of basic curriculum reform.Taking the development of school-based history curriculum in Tianjiabing experimental school in Mudanjiang City as an example,this paper explores the concept of school-based curriculum,and theoretical basis,the necessity,practical paths,existing problems and solving strategies of school-based curriculum development.The paper is divided into four parts: introduction,text,conclusion and references.The introduction describes the origin and significance of the paper,research review,concept definition,research purpose,method and innovation.The text is divided into three parts.The first part analyzes the necessity of history school-based curriculum development from the perspective of national basic curriculum reform,modern education concept and history discipline.It holds that the development of history school-based curriculum is the urgent need of national basic curriculum reform,the development appeal of postmodern curriculum concept,and the need of history teaching practice.The second part,according to the model of "five rings and two cones",discusses and implements the operational path of school-based history curriculum.The "five rings" mainly solve the problem of what to teach,how to teach,how far to teach and how well to teach."Double cone" is to solve the problem of why and how to teach.Finally,combined with the author's practical experience in the development of history school-based curriculum,summed up the shortcomings of history school-based curriculum development and improvement strategies.It is constructive thinking to enhance the teaching effect of school-based curriculum by increasing the support,making full preparations for lessons,perfecting the course content arrangement and improving teachers' professional ability.
