On The Law-related Educational Approaches To Solve The Problem Of Junior High School Bulling

The campus should be the safest place for junior middle school students to study and development.However,during recent years,bullying has emerged endlessly in junior middle school.This not only directly harms the physical and mental development of junior middle school students,but also indirectly destroys the learning and growing atmosphere of junior middle school.Junior middle school students are full of vigor,and they are a creative group.Junior high school students are the potential new force to promote national social development.And junior middle school students are closely related to the future of our country.This paper takes legal education means to solve the school bullying in junior high school and regards it as the research object,through thinking about the classroom teaching effectiveness of "Morality and the Rule of Law",explores the current situation of school bullying in Junior high school from the perspective of the rule of law,analyzes the reasons for bullying,and believes that the legal education is an important method to solve the school bullying problem in Junior high school.We should focus on training students to respect the law,study the law,abide by the law,and use the law,and eliminating bullying from the original of your thoughts;when dealing with the bullying behavior,the rule of law education internalizes the rules in students' mind by heteronomous,and standardizes students' words and deeds.Especially in the classroom teaching of "Morality and the Rule of Law",junior high school students should be guided to understand the characteristics and harms of school bullying,and help students establish legal awareness,consolidate legal thinking and avoid bullying.The role of the rule of law in solving the problem of school bullying can be further expanded through the establishment of Legal Principals of Middle Schools,the governance of Comprehensive Judicial and Public Security Departments,and the use of Online New Media through multiple channels,etc.
