As an important part of tourism education,vocational tourism education plays an important role in the cultivation and supply of tourism talents.In recent years,although the tourism service majors in secondary vocational school have shown a vigorous development trend,but the existence of some problems in classroom teaching makes the teaching reform,especially the reform of teaching methods become more and more important.The reform of teaching methods requires that teaching should be student-centered,give full play to students' initiative and participation in classroom teaching,and pay attention to the cultivation of students' comprehensive ability.Therefore,the interactive teaching method is more and more valued and welcomed by the majority of educators,and has been applied in the classroom teaching of tourism service majors in secondary vocational school.With the promotion and application of interactive teaching method in teaching,the research on interactive teaching method by scholars at home and abroad is also increasing.The research on interactive teaching method abroad mainly focuses on psychology education,chemistry education,biology education and other fields,and has accumulated rich experience,which can be absorbed and used for reference by domestic educators.In China,the research on interactive teaching method is mainly focused on Ideological and political theory,English,medicine,vocal music and other subjects,while the research results on tourism service majors in secondary vocational school are relatively few.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study and discuss the application of interactive teaching method in the classroom teaching of tourism service majors in secondary vocational school.In order to study and discuss the optimized application of interactive teaching method in tourism service majors of secondary vocational school,we must first understand and comprehend the theoretical basis,conceptual connotation,external characteristics and basic forms of interactive teaching method.Based on the extensive collection and combing of relevant research literature,this paper holds that interactive teaching method is a "comprehensive" teaching method,which is formed on the basis of fully absorbing and integrating constructivist learning theory,cognitive discovery learning theory,humanistic learning theory and related theories and hypotheses of emotional filtering hypothesis,and does not simply refer to a specific teaching method.The basic connotation of interactive teaching method includes: equal status between teachers and students,teachers' inspiration and guidance of students' thinking,students' active participation,collision and integration of different views,improvement of teaching effect and mutual improvement of teaching and learning.Interactive teaching method pays attention to the equality of the relationship between teachers and students,teaching practice has a strong situational nature,and pays attention to the two-way communication between teachers and students.There are manyforms of interactive teaching method,including questioning,group discussion,case teaching,multimedia demonstration,scene simulation and practice teaching.The above analysis of the basic theory of interactive teaching lays a theoretical basis and support for the writing of this paper.In order to further study and discuss the optimized application of interactive teaching method of tourism service majors in secondary vocational school,we must not only understand and comprehend the basic theoretical issues of interactive teaching method,but also investigate and analyze the practice of the classroom teaching of tourism service majors in secondary vocational school,so as to lay a practical basis and factual basis for the discussion of the optimization strategy.Therefore,this paper uses two methods of questionnaire and interview to investigate and analyze the application of interactive teaching method in the classroom teaching of tourism service majors in a secondary vocational school in Dalian.The results show that although interactive teaching method has been widely used in the classroom teaching of tourism service majors in the school,and has achieved good teaching results,there are also problems such as the lack of teachers and students' understanding of interactive teaching method,the need to improve teaching concepts and methods,the lack of enthusiasm of students' learning,the poor effect of multimedia technology assisted teaching,and the evaluation mechanism To be improved.Although the above problems affect the teaching effect to a certain extent,they also provide a broader space for the optimization of interactive teaching method.In view of the problems existing in the application of interactive teaching method in the classroom teaching of tourism service majors in secondary vocational school,this paper holds that only by realizing the optimization of teachers,students and teaching management and the effective integration of the three factors,can the application effect of interactive teaching method in tourism service majors be effectively strengthened.Specifically speaking,as the main body of classroom teaching,teachers need to improve their quality by changing teaching concepts,strengthening learning and communication,and controlling the teaching process,so as to create a dynamic and efficient interactive classroom atmosphere;students,as the main body of classroom learning,should be stimulated by changing learning concepts,improving learning strategies,enhancing thinking and expression ability,etc To develop more active interactive behaviors and enhance the interaction with teachers and students in classroom teaching;as the organization,supervision and guarantee of classroom teaching,teaching managers should control the number of class hours,adjust the order of seats,develop the second classroom and improve the evaluation mechanism to create a relaxed and open interactive environment for the optimal application of interactive teaching method.Only in this way,can we realize the optimized application of interactive teaching method of tourism service majors in secondary vocational school,and improve the level of classroom teaching and the quality of personnel training.
