The development of China's AI industry is in full swing,which also requires higher vocational education personnel training.Secondary vocational school related professional courses can no longer be confined to the traditional development mode,but dare to go out of the development dilemma,and actively adopt new solutions to ensure the quality of the curriculum,so as to ensure the employment needs of enterprises.Because of its outstanding interdisciplinary integration,STEAM education idea can be integrated into the development of relevant professional courses in secondary vocational schools,and applied to the actual classroom teaching to verify the scientific nature of its existence.The curriculum development of secondary vocational schools with STEAM education concept will make the development of curriculum more vitality and the effect of classroom teaching is bound to take on a new look.This is the requirement of vocational education curriculum in the new era.In this study,taking the STEAM education concept as the benchmark and the curriculum development of secondary vocational schools as the main line,the ultimate goal is to implement the teaching to highlight the advantages of this curriculum development.In this study,the author synthetically uses the methods of literature research,comparative research,investigation research and action research to reflect the logic of "clarifying the core concepts-analyzing the status quo-putting forward the theoretical basis-curriculum development stage-curriculum teaching practice".First of all,literature research is used to make a thorough analysis of the development status of STEAM education at home and abroad and the current situation of the development of vocational education curriculum at home and abroad,and clarify the gap between the development of these two aspects at home and abroad.Secondly,using the survey method,taking the industrial robot specialty as an example,the questionnaire was sent to students to understand the current situation of secondaryvocational education curriculum development and the awareness of STEAM education.Teachers were interviewed to understand the problems of curriculum development and the awareness of STEAM education.Thirdly,aiming at the integration of STEAM education concept in the development of industrial robot curriculum in secondary vocational schools,the corresponding theoretical basis is put forward to ensure the scientificity of curriculum development.Then,in the stage of curriculum development,the top-level design is made for curriculum objectives,curriculum content,curriculum implementation and curriculum evaluation.Finally,we choose a secondary vocational school in a secondary school to carry out teaching practice research on the development of industrial robot course,in order to verify the difference between the teaching effect and the traditional teaching effect under the new curriculum system.This study takes the industrial robotics profession as an example to provide a new perspective and strategy for the integration of STEAM education philosophy in the curriculum development and practice of secondary vocational schools,so as to provide reference for future researchers.
