Special post teachers are the main source of teachers in remote rural areas.Wi th the national emphasis on education in poor areas,the professional development of loc al teachers is a new direction of academic research.However,at present,there is not mu ch research on the professional development of teachers who stay in the post,and even l ess on the independent professional development.The purpose of this study is to investi gate the real situation and difficulties of the independent professional development of the teachers who stay in the special post in the poor areas,so as to provide theoretical basis and practical suggestions for promoting the independent professi onal development of the teachers in special post in the poor areas,so as to impr ove the quality of the teachers in the rural areas and promote the development o f education in the poor areas.In this paper,four retention teachers were selected and the status of their independe nt professional development was investigated.The research contents are as follows: The first is to understand the status quo of the independent professional development of the four retained teachers,mainly from the two dimensions(five aspects)of the awareness of independent professional development and the behavior(plannin g,action,regulation,and reflection)of independent professional development.Real state.The second is to analyze the characteristics of the status quo of the indepe ndent professional development of the four retention teachers,including the genera lity and differences of the status quo of the.independent professional developmen t,which lays a foundation for exploring the influencing factors of the independent profe ssional development.Three is to analyze the influence on teachers autonomous professi onal development of all kinds of factors.According to the research,the main factors for the independent professional development of the four remaining teachers are: teacher development community,management mechanism,physical environment s upport,teachers' professional identity,independent professional development abilit y structure,professional development self-efficacy and job burnout.Fourth,on th e basis of all kinds of influencing factors,from the three aspects of society,sch ool and individual teachers,this paper puts forward some Suggestions on promoti ng the independent professional development of teachers in retention post.
