The hardware environment such as space and facilities of early education institutions(hereinafter referred to as early education institutions)is a direct reflection of the standardized construction of early education institutions,and as the "third teacher",it has a subtle impact on children's cognitive development.At present,the early education institutions in Baoding city are developing,but there are few researches on them,and there is no research on their environment.By means of measurement,interview and observation,this study selects four representative early education institutions in Baoding City(full-time early education institutions under private kindergartens,independent parent-child early education institutions under public kindergartens,full-time early education classes within public kindergartens,international chain parent-child early education institutions)by means of purposeful sampling The survey was conducted to observe the situation of children in the process of using facilities and environment.The interview managers,teachers and parents' views on the space and facilities of early childhood education institutions.The survey table,observation scale and interview outline were all self-made,mainly with "space and facilities"(sub scale I of its-r)as the main framework,supplemented with "space: suitable for infants learning" The environment of children(Chapter 5,section 6,management of kindergartens(9th Edition))and the contents of space and facilities in code for design of kindergartens and kindergartens.The measured content is displayed in the form of charts,the observed content is recorded by pictures and displayed in the paper,and the interview content is analyzed comprehensively.It is found that the space and facilities of early education institutions in Baoding city are generally better,but different types of early education institutions have similarities and differences.In addition to temperature and humidity,the indoor space of early education institutions meets the relevant requirements,and parents are more concerned about it;for the daily care and game facilities of early education institutions,full-time early educationinstitutions are more complete than those with parent-child courses as the main early education institutions;the types and quantity of soft toys provided by early education institutions are generally less,and parents and staff of early education institutions are concerned about soft toys There is still more room for improvement in other types of leisure facilities in early childhood education institutions dominated by parent-child courses;in addition to sleeping areas,early childhood education institutions can plan rooms reasonably;children's exhibits in early childhood education institutions lack children's perspective,which makes children and parents pay less attention and interest in children's exhibits.The continuous development of Baoding city's early education institutions needs the efforts of relevant personnel.First,the government needs to strengthen supervision and improve policies.Second,the relevant responsible person not only considers children and parents,but also considers the comfort of teachers' use and implements policies.Third,teachers provide environment and enjoy their work.Finally,parents should communicate with teachers in a timely manner and nurture children scientifically.
