The choice of golf club marketing strategy is directly related to the club's economic efficiency and long-term development.Kunming Golf Club still has a series of problems in the actual marketing process,such as vague market positioning,serious homogenization competition,single promotion mode and limited effect.It has seriously hindered the long-term development of the club and has also adversely affected the improvement of competitiveness.In order to better promote the development of Kunming Sunshine Golf Club,this paper decided to analyze the marketing status,existing problems and solutions of the club in the marketing strategy of Kunming Sunshine Golf Club.Through this analysis,the marketing level of the club is improved.At the same time,it can also provide reference for the development of other golf clubs.Through SWOT analysis and marketing strategy research of Kunming Sunshine Golf Club,it provides a reference for managers;this article combines the development and operation of the Chinese golf club market background,combined with the current status of the Sunshine Golf Club,through the operation,management and marketing of the club In-depth analysis to provide reference and guidance for Sunshine Golf Club;based on 7P marketing theory analysis,design marketing strategies for Sunshine Golf Club to provide reference and guidance for the club;use SWOT analysis and 7P marketing theory analysis to design marketing ideas To provide reference and guidance for Kunming Sunshine Golf Club.This article uses the literature data method,questionnaire survey method,field investigation method,interview method,logic analysis method and mathematical statistics method to carry out professional and in-depth analysis.In the analysis of the research status and related concepts at home and abroad,the literature method is used.In order to better understand the marketing status and existing problems of Kunming Sunshine Golf Club,this article uses questionnaire survey,field survey,interview,logical analysis And mathematical statistics to carry out targeted analysis.Byadopting these methods,the scientific research of the thesis can be enhanced.A survey of the members and non-members of the Kunming Sunshine Golf Club found that the ratio of men and women in the club was severely unbalanced and there were more men;the ages of members and non-members were mainly concentrated in the 30-39 and 40-49-year-old population;members and non-members had roughly the same education;The income of members and non-members is mainly concentrated between 20,000 and 100,000;the industry structure of members and non-members is generally the same,mainly concentrated in the real estate industry.From the perspective of customer satisfaction,members are quite satisfied with the additional facilities,the quality of the lawn and the service process.In order to effectively improve the marketing level of Kunming Sunshine Golf Club,it is necessary to propose special countermeasures against various problems existing in the club.
