Nujiang Prefecture is a state with the highest incidence of poverty among the“three regions and three states”.It is the state with the highest incidence of poverty in the “three regions and three states”.The causes of poverty are complex,and the task of combating poverty is difficult.It is the focus of the state and society.Due to the impact of the natural environment and other reasons,relocation is the root cause of development in Nujiang Prefecture,and relocation and resettlement sites are the main targets of construction and development in Nujiang Prefecture.Education,as an important part of the construction of relocation sites,is affected by many factors such as history,geography,ethnicity,and economy.Development still faces many difficulties,especially the construction of a team of compulsory education teachers.Therefore,the main purpose of this study is to grasp and analyze the difficulties and reasons for the construction of compulsory education teachers in relocation relocation sites in Nujiang Prefecture through the case investigation of compulsory education schools in Nujiang relocation relocation sites,and to explore and improve the relocation relocation sites.The way to build the compulsory education teacher team provides an important reference for promoting the construction of the compulsory education teacher team in Nujiang Prefecture.This study mainly uses the literature method,questionnaire survey method,individual interview method and case study method to select the representative compulsory education schools in Nujiang prefecture of relocation and resettlement sites,from the number of teachers,structure,work situation,on-the-job training,professional ability,Nine aspects of physical and mental development,interpersonal relationships,treatment and stability were investigated.It was found that the construction of compulsory education teachers in the relocation site has unreasonable teacher allocation and outstanding structural problems;the effect of on-the-job training is poor,the level of professional ability is low;the workload is overloaded,the level of treatment is low;the physical and mental development is not optimistic,and the relationship satisfaction Low;the dilemma of poor stability of the teaching staff.Attribution analysis is carried out with the help of collaboration theory,human resource management theory,social ecosystem theory,and teacher professional development theory.The above dilemmas severely hindered the construction of compulsory educationteachers in relocation and resettlement sites.The author tried to propose ideas and countermeasures from the four levels of state,local government,school,and individual teachers,and promoted the relocation and resettlement of Nujiang Prefecture with systematic thinking and methods.The construction of a team of compulsory education teachers.
