In recent years,the key events in the growth of primary school's super-teachers have become more and more publicized.The research on the key events in the growth of primary school's super-teachers at home and abroad has become the new focus of teaching.Therefore,it is of great significance to study and analyze the key events in the growth of elementary super-teachers.This study analyzes the key events in the growth of super-level teachers in primary schools,and sorts out the concepts of special-grade teachers and related research at home and abroad,as well as concepts related to professional growth and key events.The content is organized on the basis of human development ecology theory,humanism theory and self-image theory.The main methods used in this study are literature method,case study method,participation observation method and interview method.Through sorting out a large number of classic books and documents,we draw a clear definition of the concepts of "key incidents"and elementary school suoer-teachers by referring to the related research at home and abroad.Secondly,we surveyed and interviewed three top-grade teachers in Jiangsu province,conducted in-depth interviewer's education,observed his personality and teaching style,understood his character's heart and growth,and described the super-teachers of elementary school through words and words The growth of teachers in life bit by bit,initially revealed the key events and the relationship between super-teachers and the formation of ways:Based on observations and interviews in real life,the key events in the growth of primary school super-teachers were re-understood.Key events were necessary and inadequate conditions for the growth of primary super-teachers,and they were the indicators and catalysts for each elementary school teacher who could eventually become a super-teacher.The emergence of key events can allow primary school teachers who are at the stage of exploration to identify their own positioning,find out the direction and direction of development.Purposeful,planned,and oriented self-development and self-development.Key events on the teacher include three key elements:environmental elements,character elements,and event types.The key events related to special grade teachers in primary schools are unique,integral,reflective,and direct.It contains five key qualities:learning literacy,speculative literacy,teaching and research literacy,leadership literacy,and moral literacy.Through research,it has been found that there are problems with the development of standardized in primary school super-teachers,strong "altitude sickness" and serious social orientation.In order to solve the problems existing in primary school super-teachers and to help more teachers grow as super-teachers.On the individual level,teachers should abandon the "followers" to shape,paying attention to the freedom of life,pursuing the "three hearts"and showing the value of life,and voluntarily sharing and appreciating the individual life;paying attention to existence value and highlight the meaning of life;Leading physical and mental unity;relying on a solid foundation to create inspiration;recognizing the uniqueness of the profession and having an educational ideal;accepting the child's nature and having unbiased love.On the school level,helping teachers grow by creating a good internal and external environment,creating reflective mechanisms,and learning communities.On the national level,basic protection is given to teachers in a multi-modal system.
