To probe into the professional identity status and influencing factors of junior high school P.E.teachers in Changchun city,I have studied 175 P.E.teachers at the 31 junior high schools from nine districts such as Kuancheng District,Erdao District,Lvyuan District,Gaoxin District,Jingkai District and so on.The teachers were given a questionnaire.The questionnaire survey includes nine factors-professional awareness,professional emotion,professional will,professional skill,professional expectation,professional value,school management,salary and school environment.The analysis results of the present situations and characteristics of professional identity show that:1.The overall level of professional identity of physical education teachers in urban middle schools in Changchun is low,and there is no significant difference between schools.2.School management and school environment have a significant positive impact on the professional identity of physical education teachers in urban middle schools in Changchun.And salary compensation and physical education teacher's professional identity as a whole is in direct proportion.3.There is no significant difference in professional identity between PE teachers of different genders.There were significant differences in the professional identity of PE teachers with different teaching ages.The professional identity of PE teachers with 6-10 years of teaching age was the highest,while that of PE teachers with less than 5 years was the lowest.There are significant differences in the professional identity of PE teachers with different professional titles.The professional identity of PE teachers with the professional title of the first level of middle education is the highest,while that of the third level of middle education is the lowest.There are significant differences in the professional identity of physical education teachers with different educational backgrounds,and the educational background is in direct proportion to the professional identity of teachers.Changchun city junior high school physical education teachers' professional identity is presented in this paper based on the analysis of the research,has pointed proposed the improvement countermeasures of changchun city junior high school physical education teachers' professional identity,social aspects to improve the social status of junior high school physical education teachers,to provide reasonable social expectations for junior high school physical education teachers,strengthening the training of PE teachers' effectiveness.Schools should improve the working environment of PE teachers and pay attention to the professional development of PE teachers.The individual aspect must establish the positive profession value,diligently improves own quality.
