With the coming of the information age,scientific thinking and innovation ability play an increasingly important role in the competition between countries.STEAM education is just a kind of teaching mode for cultivating innovative talents,and in recent years,it has been highly concerned and studied all over the world.The outstanding feature of STEAM education concept is discipline integration,which encourages students to study and explore in science,technology,engineering,art and mathematics,and integrates knowledge of multiple disciplines into a knowledge system,so as to solve the real problems in social life,cultivate students' ability to move hands,integrate multi-disciplinary knowledge ability,scientific and technological innovation ability and knowledge integration and comprehensive application Ability,so as to promote the all-round development of students and enhance their comprehensive quality and global competitiveness.Through understanding the current situation of STEAM education concept application in senior high school history teaching,the author determines the necessity of steam education concept application in senior high school history teaching.And through the interpretation of the basic concept of STEAM education idea,this study is feasible and meaningful.The focus of this project is to research and design the history teaching strategy based on the STEAM education concept,so as to explore the specific application of the STEAM education concept in the history teaching of high school.In this process,it analyzes the problems in the application of STEAM education concept in the history teaching of senior high school,and then puts forward countermeasures to solve the problems.
