Research On The Cultivating Mode Of Hospitality Professional From The Perspective Of Cooperation Between College And Enterprise

Due to the fierce competition in hospitality industry and the lack of full-qualified professionals, the cultivation of hospitality professionals is becoming a hotly-discussed point. Thus exploration in the cultivating mode of hospitality professionals from the perspective of the cooperation between college and enterprise meets the current need of hospitality industry’s sustainable development and benefits the creation in the cultivating mode of professionals in colleges.This thesis firstly illustrates the research background and significance, traces and analyzes dynamically the cultivating mode of hospitality professionals abroad. The research says that multi-dimensional configuration, synchronous interleaving coordination operation mechanism, the compilation and analysis for the specific cooperation cases are the heated points in theoretic circle as well as practical circle; the thesis also says that the characteristics of the cultivating mode of hospitality professionals, the theory of educational development, the theory of cultivating the creation of creative talents and colleges support the thesis theoretically.By the means of interview and questionnaire in the specific example of cooperation between HAN Hotels&Resorts (abbreviated as "HNA Hotels") and Changsha Nanfang Professional College (abbreviated as "CNPC"), the thesis then empirically analyzes the cultivation of professional in the cooperation between enterprise and college, based on the comparison of cultivation modes of cooperation between enterprise and college home and abroad.And then, this thesis builds the immersive cultivating mode of hospitality professionals in the cooperation between college and enterprise based on the results of empirical analysis and foreign experience.Lastly, taking the example of cooperation between HNA Hotels and CNPC, this thesis explores the implementation of the cultivating mode newly-built above, and puts forwards safeguard mechanism from the four perspectives of enterprise, college, majors and the government.
