Research On Cultivation Of Rule Of Law Awareness In Senior High School Ideological And Political Course

In the general high school ideological and Political Curriculum Standard(2017Edition),the core literacy of Ideological and political discipline is newly proposed,and the awareness of rule of law is listed as one of the four core literacy.How to strengthen the cultivation of the awareness of rule of law has become the focus of the current high school ideological and political teachers.The basic task of high school ideological and political education is to establish morality and cultivate people,and the ideological and political classroom in high school has become the main position to cultivate students' awareness of the rule of law.Therefore,the cultivation of students' awareness of the rule of law in the high school ideological and political classroom should be valued by the majority of high school ideological and political teachers.This paper mainly focuses on the ideological and political course in senior high school,through the study of various kinds of literature,journals and works,first of all,it expounds the issues,research status,concept definition and research significance of the consciousness of the rule of law.Through the whole part of the introduction,we can have a general understanding of the cultivation of the legal consciousness of the ideological and political course in senior high school.Secondly,it discusses the importance of cultivating the consciousness of rule of law in the ideological and political class of senior high school.Cultivating the consciousness of rule of law in the ideological and political class of senior high school is conducive to promoting the achievement of the core quality of Ideological and political discipline of senior high school students,establishing the correct values of rule of law of senior high school students,and cultivating the practical ability and habits of rule of law of senior high school students.The third part mainly through the research of certain literature and interview analysis,it is clear that there are four problems in the cultivation of the awareness of the rule of law in the ideological and political course of senior high school: the lack of attention to the education of the rule of law in the classroom,theunreasonable content of the rule of law in the teaching materials,the weak quality of the rule of law of the political teachers in senior high school,and the disconnection of the knowledge and practice of the rule of law of senior high school.Finally,on the basis of the problems in the first three parts,some solutions are put forward.First,we should attach importance to the cultivation of the awareness of the rule of law,take education as the basis,weaken the utilitarianism of the examination,increase the training of the rule of law talents,improve the evaluation system of the rule of law,and strengthen the cooperation of multi methods of governance.Second,to integrate and optimize the content of the rule of law in high school political textbooks,we should first thoroughly study the new textbooks to be issued and tap the content and resources of the rule of law;then we should develop our own school-based curriculum to cater to the diverse students;finally,we should distribute some excellent socialist rule of law textbooks.Third,strengthen the construction of high school political teachers.First of all,teachers should set their own teaching objectives and create more activities related to the rule of law;secondly,they should improve their teaching ability and enrich teaching methods;thirdly,they should enhance the learning of the rule of law so that students' emotional identity can be strengthened;finally,they should enhance their awareness of the rule of law and set a good example for students.Fourth,to promote the enthusiasm and practice of law learning of senior high school students,first,to enhance the interest in learning the rule of law;second,to cultivate the habit of using law in students' life.This part focuses on the suggestions to the field,which has certain feasibility.Through the research on the cultivation of the awareness of the rule of law in the ideological and political course of senior high school,we can provide some teaching reference for the front-line teaching workers,and also help the school to provide some theoretical guidance on the cultivation of the awareness of the rule of law in senior high school students.
