With the attention of the information society to the students' core quality,the promotion of teachers' professional quality has become a hot topic in the research of teachers' education.Only when teachers improve their professional quality can they become teachers in daily campus life,led by example,and imperceptibly educate and set an example for students.Therefore,exploring the development path of teachers' professional quality has become an important part of educational research.This study will analyze the changes in the professional quality of Chinese teachers in the ChinaEngland Mathematics Teacher Exchange Program.In 2014,the ministry of education of the United Kingdom and the ministry of education of China formally proposed the establishment of the "China-England Mathematics Teacher Exchange Program " between the two countries.This program became the first teacher exchange program between China and the government of a developed country.Every year,dozens of primary school mathematics teachers in China participated in this program.Starting from the composition,relationship and influencing factors of teachers' professional quality,this study further clarified the connotation nature of teachers' professional quality and divided it into four dimensions: teachers' belief,teachers' knowledge,teachers' ability and teachers' character.Research of combining quantitative and qualitative research methods,through the questionnaire,found in the Chinese teachers to participate in the mathematics teacher exchange programs in the process of teachers' professional change,change degree assessment score for the fundamental above 4 points(full marks five points),visible in the "China-England Mathematics Teacher Exchange Program " have a positive impact to the Chinese teacher's professional accomplishment.Among them,there is a significant difference between male teachers and female teachers in terms of teachers' beliefs,which indicates that male teachers' understanding of teachers' beliefs has been greatly improved in this project.Through the interview data,it was found that the three parts of this project,namely domestic intensive training,domestic reception of British teachers and teaching in Britain,all had a certain impact on teachers' psychological preparation teaching practice,and teaching in Britain played a particularly significant role.The experience of this project has a positive impact on Chinese teachers at all levels,and this impact has an extensive effect,which will be helpful for teachers' education and teaching work in the next few years.The influence of young teachers is at a high level in all aspects,especially in the aspect of teachers' ability.Mature teachers are more touched by the students' view of teacher's character.Based on the analysis and interpretation of the above survey data,this paper puts forward some Suggestions to improve the professional quality of in-service teachers.It is suggested to increase the opportunities for international teacher exchanges,create conditions for in-service teacher training,attach importance to the career development and training of young teachers,so that in-service teachers can grow in their career development and comprehensively improve their professional quality.
