Art Education,as an integral part of art education,has aesthetic,cognitive and entertainment values,and is one of the main ways for children to express their feelings,in art education activities,kindergarten teachers can guide children to use appropriate art means to express their own views,news,feelings,thoughts,express their feelings,and promote the all-round development of children.Chinese education has always attached great importance to fine arts education.General Secretary Xi Jinping has repeatedly mentioned that teachers should do a good job in aesthetic education,carry forward the spirit of aesthetic education,beautify people,and train socialist constructors and successors with all-round development of moral,intellectual,physical,art and labor.Kindergarten education,which is received at the beginning of a child's life,is of great significance to the cultivation of people's emotion and the formation of their behavior habits.What is the status quo of the implementation of children's art education activities?There are still some deficiencies and how to improve the need for further study,this study to Luoyang art education as an example to start the study.In this study,literature,questionnaire,observation and interview were used to investigate the art education activities in Luoyang kindergartens,the main purpose of this study is to understand the basic teaching concepts of Preschool Teachers,the organization and implementation of Fine Arts activities,the actual situation of teaching activities evaluation,to find out the existing problems,to analyze the reasons,and to put forward effective suggestions.The study finds that there are some major problems in the implementation of art education activities in kindergartens in Luoyang: First,teachers' lack of understanding of the importance of Art Education for children;Second,Art Appreciation Activities are relatively absent;third,fourth,the choice of teaching content is separated from children's life experience;fifth,the art activity material has the limitation;sixth,the teaching method pays attention to the traditional demonstration teaching;seventh,teaching Evaluation emphasizes the result rather than the process.The main reasons for the above-mentioned problems are: Insufficient support from education authorities;lack of art education and training for teachers in kindergartens,and heavy tasks for teachers;lack of professional concepts and qualities of art for preschool teachers,the design of art activities is separated from children's life experience,and the arrangement of art appreciation class is less.In response to problems and causes,from the four levels of educational department in charge,kindergarten teacher training organization,kindergarten and teacher,the researcher puts forward the implementation strategy of promoting kindergarten teachers to implement art activities: the Educational Department in charge should increase the investment of talents in children's art education,teachers should be encouraged to take part in art training,and the proportion of full-time art teachers to art appreciation courses should be increased Preschool teachers should carry out life-oriented art education,improve their professional quality of art,and become practitioners of lifelong learning.
