Study On The Equalization Of Preschool Education In Hutang Town Of Changzhou City

Preschool education is the initial stage of basic education,which is particularly important.The society attaches more and more importance to preschool education.This thesis takes Hutang town as an example.Hutang town is the center town in Wujin district of Changzhou city.The whole town has 45 communities,both pure urban communities and rural communities.The service industry is developing rapidly within the jurisdiction,and there are many industrial parks around it.In terms of population,the registered population of Hutang town is increasing every year,and there are also a large number of migrant workers and new citizens.Therefore,it is very representative to choose the development status of preschool education in Hutang town.In recent years,based on the analysis of the current situation of preschool education in Hutang town(number of kindergartens,teachers,number of children,etc.),the preschool education has been developed to a certain extent,which has promoted the equalization of preschool education in Hutang town to a certain extent.But,the following problems are found: unbalanced supplement of kindergarten;unbalanced layout of kindergarten;unbalanced teacher's structure.The main reasons are: lack of understanding and funding on preschool education;the supervision and management system is not sound and lack of scientific planning;Imperfect preschool teachers' security mechanism can not retain excellent teacher.In view of the problems existing in the equalization of preschool education in Hutang town,the ways to improve the equalization of preschool education are as follows: give play to the leading role of the government to promote equity in education;improve the supervision and evaluation mechanism to improve scientific planning;improve the mechanism for ensuring teachers to optimize faculty structure.We will truly improve the quality of preschool education and promote equity in preschool education.
