According to information released by the Ministry of Education,the number of college graduates in China reached 7.99 million in 2017,which is 9 times the number of graduates in 2000 in the country.In 2018,the number of university graduates in China will rise to 8.2 million,reaching a peak.It can be seen from this that the employment problem of university graduates in China is still outstanding and the employment situation is still grave.Encouraging college students to innovate and entrepreneurship is an effective way to solve the problem of college students' employment difficulties.It can not only solve their own employment problems,but also increase the number of jobs and improve the quality of employment.Therefore,colleges and universities should speed up the construction of dual-creation education operation mechanism,promote the entrepreneurial awareness and entrepreneurial ability of undergraduates through dual-creation education,and at the same time be the source of solving the difficulty of employment for undergraduates,teach college students how to start a business,how to start various economic entities,and lead with innovation.Entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship drive employment,to alleviate the current employment difficulties of college students,and further improve the quality of employment.As a civilian application-oriented undergraduate university,Hunan Information Institute is a for-profit enterprise.The quality of school employment is equivalent to the quality of enterprise products.Private universities want to survive in the fierce competition in the education market,and the quality of employment is their core competition.force.In the face of severe employment pressure,the school faces greater pressure and challenges in order to solve the employment difficulties of college students and improve the quality of employment.How to use innovative management mechanisms to give full play to the dual-education education and educating functions,combine professional education,make full use of various resources such as government,society,and schools to build a collaborative mechanism and focus on building a “full coverage,hierarchical,and systematic”university The double-education education system,which promotes the employment competitiveness of university graduates,cultivates talents with pioneering and innovative spirits,and promotes the continuous improvement of the employment quality of graduates are particularly important.This article is divided into six chapters to complete,the first chapter and the last chapter is the introduction and the conclusion;the second chapter is the theory,goal and significance of double-education education in colleges and universities;the third chapter is the investigation and analysis of double-education education in domestic universities;The chapter introduces the basic situation of the double-creation education of the Hunan Information Institute,describes the role of the dual-creation education in promoting the employment quality of the Hunan Information Institute,analyzes the existing major problems of the dual-creation education of the Hunan Information Institute,and the fifth chapter is the double-creation education to enhance the information in Hunan.College graduates employment quality effective measures.Through research and analysis,the current problems and causes of the dual-creation education in colleges and universities,as well as the problems and causes of the dual-creation education in Hunan Information Institute,and further elaborated that the dual-creation education to improve the quality of employment of Hunan College of Information and effective measures to better promote entrepreneurship Success rate,entrepreneurship drive employment,improve the employment quality of Hunan Information Institute...
