Research On The Construction Path Of Vocational Skills Training Model For Migrant Workers In China Under The Background Of Poverty Alleviation

Vocational skill training is an effective way to stimulate their internal power,enhance their ability and comprehensive quality for poor migrant workers,and also the fundamental way to help the poverty.At present,the academic community mainly focuses on poverty alleviation or training of migrant workers,and lacks the overall research on the vocational skills training model of migrant workers in China under the background of poverty alleviation.Therefore,based on the current background,combined with the current situation of poverty alleviation training for migrant workers in Shaanxi Province,this paper explore the construction path of vocational skills training model for migrant workers in China under the background of poverty alleviation.The main research contents as follows:(1)Based on the perspective of poverty alleviation,combined with the characteristics of vocational skills training of migrant workers to define the concept of poverty alleviation,migrant workers,training,and according to Human Capital Theory,Maslow's Needs Hierarchy Theory and Training Theory to lay a theoretical foundation for the general thought and basic principles of building a vocational skills training model for migrant workers;(2)Using empirical research,questionnaire surveys and field interviews were conducted with 400 migrant workers and some trainers in central cities and local cities represented by Xi'an,Ankang,and Shenmu in Shaanxi Province to investigate the training needs and status of migrant workers.Then combine with the literatures to analyze the problems existing in the vocational skills training of migrant workers in China;(3)Using the literature research method,comparative analysis method,starting from the legislative guarantee,social participation,training methods and evaluation system to study the characteristics of vocational education and training in Germany,Britain,Japan and the United States,and to build vocational skills for migrant workers for providing a reference for the institutional design of the training model by comparing with the vocational education training model in China;(4)According to the above theories and research data,this paper discusses the basic principles,system design,participation subject and training process of migrant workers' vocational skills training,and studies the construction path of vocational skills training model for migrant workers in China under the background of poverty alleviation.The results of the thesis will improve the basic theory and system construction of the vocational skills training research of migrant workers in China,promote the effective connection among the various subjects of training,ensure the long-term employment of migrant workers and completely eliminate poverty.It also provides a reference for the construction of vocational skills training mode for migrant workers in China under the background of poverty alleviation.
